I have two DSSD's (and had another v5 briefly) the 316f ult has proper blue all round when charged with most lights. However, when charged with a LED torch (the led seems to have a different kind of light), the hour markers appear green, but only for a moment before turning blue. I had my perfect ten relumed by The Zigmeister and it is now officially amazing!

I asked recently too... As this is a bit of a grail for me I've been asking maybe every two months (often, but not too much to annoy my dealer). It went from soon, to coming..., to no word yet. I've been wondering if the problem actually stems from the run (something like the delaminating ones are from the edge of the sheet - assuming sheets of crystal and mineral are joined and then cut). mine that got saturated is the asian from josh - three weeks later it's still good...

Yep, I like homages. Done properly they are a 'homage' (hence the title) to a great item and not a replication. They show more respect to the item than reps that is for sure. Will be interested to hear more about your homage if the deets are forthcoming (maybe not if a gift). I don't know of any pam homage makers that actually use swiss movements but I'd like to. Really? Not sure what tap shoes are but my gen modern moon watch (circa 2004) sure has happy feet on its printed logo. Much like the Ploprof 600 above.

I'd suggest from experience that if you must buy a laptop for creative work go for as large a screen as possible (and deal with portability with a good case/bag). When you're talking design software small screens hamper productivity and in turn creativity.

Hmmm... tough call. Accepting his apology graciously would be the 'nice guy' thing to do - but you know what they say about nice guys. And you did win it fair and square by the rules of the auction. Yes,I believe Omegas with printed logos have happy feet (even modern ones) and ones with stick steel logos don't have happy feet.

Might be an injoke (i'm an Editor of mags and novels) but perhaps some will get it... I once made the remark "f*ck commas. I will make another sentence" in an attempt to humourous. I had my peers and colleagues almost literally rolling on the floor. It has become a sort catchcry for just about any ironically subversive response to crictism in my circles. I'm even quoted quite a few times in "favourite quotations" on FB for it. Oh and lol@ at all above - good thread!
