  2. Yikes; very sorry to hear Godspeed to quick recovery.
  3. That thing is just bastardized all around. Note that the clasp does not have the proper connecting link to mate with the rest of the bracelet. A true mish mash of parts. And none of it good.
  4. Pretty killer build. That case looks huge!
  5. Presuming the micro-adjustment is at full length at the clasp (i.e. the last link is set to the very last set of holes), your only real choice is to add links. In order to do that, you'd need to know what kind of bracelet you have; is it gen (i.e. 19mm 7835/78350 etc)? If so, is it with rivet links, folded links or screw pin links? Is it rep? If so... You would be well advised to know what the lug width is (there are some reps out there with 20mm instead of the correct 19mm) as that will effect the size of the clasp end links. Does your bracelet have solid mid-links, or are they hollow? Getting the right size links sounds pretty straight forward, and for a genuine watch/bracelet it is; there's only a few options in that regard. But if you have a replica or aftermarket bracelet, that introduces a whole lot of other potentials and factors that need to be accounted for in order to find the right links to lenghten the band, as some links may not be suitable or compatible for certain bracelets.
  6. Sounds to me that what you've been told is a poor excuse from the seller to justify selling you bunk parts.
  7. Phenominal piece; an incredibly generous gesture! Well done.
  8. Just dropped off some parcels this morning; domestic rates are up slightly it seems, but it appears as though they did build delivery confirmation into that price as part of the service (e.g. it's no longer a choice; all CONUS Priority Mail parcels come with it regardless).
  9. Movement looks correct for an old Patek pocket watch movement; hounds tooth gears, correct bridges, etc. Hands are likely correct as well. Dial is a reprint. As a pocket watch, the running seconds would be at 6:00; in wristwatch configuration, the seconds moves to 9:00 with the crown at 3:00. These are called 'marriage watches' as it marries an old movement with a new case. Because these are pocket watch calibers being used, the overall size of the watch is pretty big (typically 45mm+).
