Use some blue Loc-Tite on the screws. I'd say the shaping/polishing is about right for an "old" watch that has had a lot of wrist time! Good job.

M is correct, the T22 and T21 have the same ID. The T21 is smaller on the OD and also a more domed shape. The cases I use accept a T22 perfectly, no modding involved... -

Should be able to put a really sharp and crisp bevel on the top edge of the lugs with something like that!

Most of the times a bit of grinding is needed where the top of the end-link meets the case. If I could get cases without the inner "dimples" I could properly place the holes. Seems that everything with reps is a compromise...

It really astounds me that a "factory" would build something as common as this case that doesn't conform to the original. Hell, I've even used $50 DJ reps that would at least take a gen-spec crystal and bezel!

Never saw, or messed with, a TT Explorer rep. Very sorry if you feel I mislead you in any way, just send back the bezel and crystal and I'll refund you.

I could almost like straps with those! To me, a strap has always looked "unfinished", an afterthought but this looks likes it belongs there.

Like blue said... Yuki will sub in ETA hands but no ETA feet. Kinda hard to claim a "refinished" dial is legit if it comes with ETA feet! Feet need to be clipped and dial stuck on by way of your favorite method.
