I don't like straps of any kind on anything other than a "dress" watch. I tried wearing a NATO on my Heritage rep for a few weeks and it never felt comfortable.
Tracking had actually been pretty spot-on for me up until about the last couple of months. In that time I've had two packages come over from China that tracking had them wandering all over the country for weeks and the last one showed up on my doorstep when tracking said it had been sent to Fresno! Also, both of the last two packages never showed as making a trip through Customs...
You will also probably need another 2671 date wheel to maks a "shim" out of as the overlay will rub against the movement. I suppose a thick layer of glue would work as well.
I have just finished the artwork for this style and maybe I can make a sheet of decals in a few days if I get my hand back tomorrow... Round three open 6 and 9.pdf
This little bridge piece on mine is blank/plain so I guess I can engrave pretty much anything on it I want! Since it is attached with a screw I can probably use that hole to screw it to an aluminum block for holding. I wonder if this part is still available as a repair part and if so would it be plain?
Anybody got a pic of a factory Tudor engraved bridge?
I have built a couple and they are somewhat of a PITA as described. I will probably do one more (have a couple gen cases, dials, etc), someday, but I'm putting it off as long as possible...
