Nope, 700 crown needs 700 tube (without open part). No way to use a 700 crown housed on a 02 tube it, it's too tall.

Try both, it's easy: before placing the retaining ring. Put the cristal on, skip the retaining ring and add the bezel... You can try thousand times before install the ring

Yep, very high compared to the 1665. Keep in mind that 1665 bezel if more or less double in heigh that the 1680 ones. I suggest you install a tropic 19, 1680 and 5513 has the same case so the effect is the same on both watches. Take a look at my 1680 with a T-19:

As I stated in my previous post, it's gen with no doubts. Hard to find references because it's a scarce service insert, it fits on 5512/13/1680/1665 but originally was intended to be use in the non crown guard subs.. Just like this one which is, obviously, a full-specs gen: If you already bought it and don't want it just let me know

Yep, I know the theory but each time I touch any 316 gen and touch any 904 gen I feel them different. I even make a joke with my wife playing on distinguishing a 1680 from a 16610 only touching one side... But maybe it's a subconscious level, who knows.

That's because the steel, 904L has more nickel than 316L so if you touch the case the feeling is more like a silk than a steel... But my 2 cents

Yup, U're right... but sometimes you got luck I just found a silver 6263 and have a spare silver 6239... Will get it next week once my watchmaker change it for the new 6263... drop me a PM if you're interested mate. Best

+1 here... fake bezels (look at the pearl hole, so big) and fake dials (look at the T which should have the vertical part thicker than the surrounding circle)... smart move from a scammer my 0,02€

Yep, several here (6239, 6265, 1665, 5513 all of those several times). Phong cases are gen specs, they need just a bit of work on th crown guard, nothing more. Hope this helps
