  1. Now you all are just being mean! No luck as of yet finding one....
  2. Stunning. What a fortunate man, because at $6k you stole it from your jeweler!!
  3. Won't OEM wire lugs solve this problem, or don't they fit?
  4. Definitely in for one. Especially if it fixes the minor internal reflection issue!
  5. This is very good news. I've added gens to the collection, passing up on many of these new watches because ultimately the flaws have been just too obvious. But this one has potential, I think, and I may be tempted to add one. Until then, I'm very excited to see what you've got to say. Thanks for the information
  6. I guess I missed something. I knew that Angus was working on an "ultimate" rep of this, but I thought that never came to fruition. Are you saying there is a new "ultimate" model in the works? If so, that is great news, indeed.
  7. I'm not a Rolex guy, so please forgive this question, but do any of these GMTs work as GMTs? I suppose they can't function like the genuine GMT Master because of the movement that Rolex uses, but I'm curious. Thanks.
  8. Hey, Kruzer. With only one exception, every one of them has gone to a new home! Only one I can't bring myself to part with is the 63.
  9. Rob's ability is second to none. Great looking watch.
  10. That was my 063 that had the improperly aligned gen hands. Your repair work was flawless, thank you.

Don't buy new subdial hands, just have the existing hands painted black.

Cos he is, not was, one of them. And pls don't start saying you've stopped dealing with replicas as thats absolute rubbish. We have more than enough evidence of your doings!! Try to make yourself clean will only result in all your doings being publicised! Pls all becareful dealing with this person as he has ran away with money and goods he owe to many! Many who looked up to him only to get cheated by this individual. ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________
  13. Perfect help! Thanks. With your ID I was able to find it in about 30 seconds. This forum is great.
  14. It looks exactly like this one: hxxp://www.vintagesubmariner.com/images/Ph...es/55132003.jpg Change to http
  15. I know, I know. Pictures worth a thousand words. But I hope until I have time to load some one of you Rolex experts can help. I've got a Sub here, made between late 70s early 80s, no date. Printing on the dial simply 660ft=200m Submariner Swiss-T < 25 Printing on the bracelet is "580" on the link connecting to the case, and "93150" on the bracelet. Any idea what model this is? Thanks in advance. TK
  16. I think that a lot of ads are anything but creative. This one is really cool, though.
  17. 2006. The 2007 reminds me of the University of Florida colors, and I'd rather get hit by a bus carrying circus clowns than be caught wearing Gator colors.
  18. I have actually seen one and handled one in person, and it did not belong to a sports guy (he's a dentist). It's a very standard 104 style auto, with a pretty cool engraving on the back. I can't remember how many were made -- the number was engraved on the back -- but I think it was at least 50. There was a story of how he came by it, but I can't remember all the details. He got it from the original run, not as a resale. I think he's a pretty well-respected collector, he also had a 195 with his name on it, so I think he was contacted about it.
  19. Beautiful pictures. This watch is a true classic!
