No. Chromalite lume is the "blueish" lume that the newer submariner such as 116610LV uses. 16610LV should have a maxi dial and maxi hands with green lume (superluminova?). If someone is offering you anything else i would recommend you to stay away.
I would get a set of thread tapping tools and tap the screw until i reach desired length of the screw. Wind the screw all the way in and then file off the excess on the threaded side of the bracelet.
