Buy the seller, before you buy the Rolex. Unless the seller is a known, long-time Rolex collector/seller, I would presume aftermarket until/unless proven otherwise.
Try some local watchmakers. Alternatively, you can buy generic hands from most of the usual watch parts sellers (eg, ofrei.com). You will need to know the hole size to order the correct hands for your Lemania movement.
I agree with most of the others' comments, but your xtal looks odd. Are you sure it is Clarks & the correct xtal for that Sub? Maybe it is just the perspective from the camera, but the view through the xtal looks wrong.
I think there is a bay seller called 'NY Bezel' or 'New York Bezel' or something like that who sells similar bezels with the correct flat-top 4. If you search rwg, you should find many threads discussing them.
Rick - It is always best to use a genuine watch as your model, not another rep or franken. You can find more than enough pics via google or any of the gen Rolex forums.
Looks good so far & I agree about the (slower-beat) 2846 & aging. Frankens are always a choice of compromises vs accuracy. That is, how far can you limit the build budget without veering too far away from the core feel of the original?
