I bought a yuki 1665 caseback from a member in the UK. Registered mail it took about 4 days to land in NYC. It's been sitting in customs in NYC since the 13th! So I emailed them yesterday and it showed up today!?!? lol. You gotta have patience in this hobby I hope you get you watch soon!

Yeah no kidding, and affordable(sorta )too. I looked at watchco's store today, lots of cases! I keep coming back to these watches. I'm still amazed and in awe of your skills and ingenuity. I wonder how difficult it would be to find the correct tissot donor. Beautiful work and watches!

Always a gamble, but that seems like a pretty good deal. Wonder how much work it would be to fit into my MBW 5513 case? I'm actually building a 5512. I have everything ready to go but for a movement. I was going to try to find a 2846, but this is interesting.

There are 6-7 gen nos 702 crowns on eBay right now. I'd email the sellers and see if they can help you out. Here's my set that going into my 5512 build

I don't have a picture of it available, but I have a Tudor prince date with a gen dial that member Jmb built me. I'd contact him and see what he can do for you. He does awesome work! I also have a gen 6694

I use lacquer thinner on all my SD caseback's to remove the paint.

A hack means when you pull the crown all the way out to it's last position..the movement stops. A non hacking, no matter the position..movement keeps running.

With Tudor's.....you can't just have one! Trust me on this, now you need a rose dial.....and then a Monte Carlo...and then......

I think it's an SSD and I have a matte 16660 dial like that to put in mine. I'm tryin to figure who to send for a lume.

Have you tried Ndt's site? Or their eBay store? I can't remember the eBay seller name, but they always replied pretty fast there.

Let us know how it works out. As I mentioned gen 5512/5513/5514/5517 dials are around 26mm. Several reps of these watches like josh/andrew/MBW's are gen sized and accept 26mm dials and gen crystals. The poster Lloyd says the trevor watch uses a 29mm dial, and then states it will take a gen crystal. That makes no sense to me.

That's how I discovered the problem, I emailed josh to try to get another bracelet from the 6541 and he said he didn't have rivets for sale seperate, the more we talked it became clear he didn't know I bought the watch from him( and I discovered I didn't). Yeah I guess we could contact the fake site and see. It's been over a year. The 6541 w Swiss eta was just under 300 I think. I sent it to Jmb to install a gen crown, drill out the lugholes and try to fix the endllinks. You know the josh perfect clones clone site? the fake one that kinda looks just like his? I bought a Rolex 6541 milgauss with that bracelet from what I thought was josh. I bought several watches from josh in the past, and when I ordered the 6541 I bought it from the fake site. I didn't know I did that for six months or so, I emailed josh about the watch and he didn't know what I was talking about..lol..I logged into my account on josh's site and looked at my previous sales and the 6541 wasn't there...then I figured it out...it must have come from the fake site. That's all I can figure about where that rivet came from. It's not exact same as your yuki, the engraving is different and of course the dimpled top rivets. Yes I bought those pieces! Lol I was emailing him back and forth. I'll say this about that seller...even tho I paid crazy money..they were on my doorstep in Dallas two days later they are tiny pieces..but fit into the gen endllinks perfectly as the guy said they were for 19mm. It would be great if we did find the source for my bracelet regardless of it coming from the fake site or not. It feels a different level quality from my other rep rivets and is similar to my smaller gens. My 6694

ww12345 Nice pictures and writeup. I might take you up on your kind off someday I know the construction you show in your pics, I own two gen 7205 19mm rivets and a 19mm folded. Two of those have assorted broken "mid-endlink" pieces like in your sixth pic down. Those mid parts are rare, but I found a seller in brazil that had some nos pieces and bought them awhile back but I havent found the time to take that job on. I planned on using the 19mm bracelets for Daytona builds someday maybe, also I have a gen 6694 that needs a bracelet. I still am unsure of where I got the 20mm in my pictures above. It's not yuki, but it's similar. Does anyone know of any rep rivets that have gen construction? All the rest of my rep rivets have solid non foldable midlinks and regular conventional endllinks.

Yeah, but do we know the rep/SSD size? The insert in mine is gen w wm pearl. When I bought this watch the seller tossed in a couple gen inserts. They fit, but I dont know what gen model they are for. Does anyone know what gen insert models fit the SSD?

Do you notice in my pictures the pearl is a tiny bit small and the light yellow tint to the surround? Almost all my subs and SD's have gen inserts, once you see the real thing it spoils you. Not sure about what insert fits what model SD, but there is a new old stock 14060 insert on VRF for 90$
