It is plausible that a small amount of C-4 could be placed into a watch causing enough force to decompress the cabin pressure. I have had shingles at age 27, and that was pain so severe you almost want to die. A couple friends had kidney stones, and they also expressed the same anguish. Severe pain is no fun Brother.
