  1. Natural light eh.... great shot!
  2. This one today,
  3. Still have this one on
  4. Thanks again, I have enjoyed collecting and working on them. @ Chieftang Not sure which gen the vco is but its the version with the bad clasp and non screw down crown.
  5. Starting the week black!
  6. Excellent review, especially the history you included.
  7. Thanks for the nice comments guys, most of the pics are not new and I sure alot of you have seen them before. The collections has been built up over about 3 years of being on the various boards. I have always been fascinated by mechanical watches so did the TZ watch school a couple of years ago so all mods were done by me, although I have not serviced the chronos... thats what separates the men from the boys... leave that to The Zigmeister!
  8. Bugga... how do I keep missing these! I will be down for two when possible... maybe in the next run?

    PO Crown

I ordered a crown and tube for my 42mm PO, the part numbers are 069ST42184 (crown) 090ST1232 (tube). Not sure if this helps as I dont know if the 42mm and 45mm use the same crown and tube.
  10. Heres a group pic of my collection at the moment. I actually forgot to put in the 1680 It has gen tube and crown, insert, crystal and some case work. 1665 has same parts as the 1680 but a better hollow link bracelet. (in this pic it has a t39 SD on it but at the moment has a flat 39) The LV has had alot of parts changed, they are listed in this thread here 007 has gen dial, hands, tube and crown and a eta 2892 after the seagull originally in it past away The moon watch has had the 6 sub dial frozen The 45mm PO has no mods, why bother its so close as is! 42mm PO has a set of gen hands The fiddy has a had the canon pinion fixed and SL dial 187 now has AR, ETA 2893 063 has had no work done.... yet, I have a DW, a cyclops and crown for it but have not put them together yet. 183 has SL dial and hands and longer canon pinion The PVD started out as 111 from EL when they were first released, since then the case has been PVD coated by palp and has had couple of different dials This dial was from Davidsen but recently changed it to a 111h dial (SL and longer canon pinion) Ingenieur now has AR, Porto 1st gen overseas and finally the Evo AP RO Jumbo Patek Philippe Nautilus Tourby custom Thats what I have at the moment, I don't think it is too bad after quite a while on the boards especially compared to Richard Lawton and RobertK!
  11. Bondy...
  12. Started the week with the LV,
  13. Nice job and I agree on the Dremel.... they take it off way too fast for my liking!
  14. I can see how what has happened would upset you Pugwash but as has been said before probably best to let it go. I rarely visited the site lately as most topics seem to get taken by from the same people trying to outwit one another, also it is the least watch orientated of all the sites. I cant see how people find any of klinks posts enlightening, they are inane gibberish that does not generally provide anything of worth to most threads.
  15. Started the week with a 187 on a MF strap.
  16. This most of the weekend.
