  11. I would go with a used JLC ultrathin if you want a timeless classic. I also love a JLC reverso. it would help if we knew your price range. FYI Since I've been wearing reps and saving my watch fund money, my next gen will be a GO panomatic moonphase.

  17. First off I'm very much a rep noob, But I decided on taking on a project watch, A blue snowflake tudor. So I'm asking for direction and any help you can give. I will post pictures and updates along each stage of the build. I have a maximum budget of $1000 So here are some basic questions 1) which case do I need and where is the best place to source it 2) which hands do I need and where is the best place to source it 3) which dial do I need and where is the best place to source it 4) What is the best movement to put in it. I really dont need to have stamp rotors and such. This hopefully would be keep watch. 5) After sourcing the above parts what are the mods needed. 6) Who should I get to put all the pieces together - I have zero watchmaker skills and dont want to learn on a expensive project Again any opinions and input are welcome.
