Honestly mate the Ti buckle might look a bit strange when coupled with the bronze case.
So yes, post some pics of the bronze buckle fitted on the watch and show us the way to go!
AJ, I was trying to explain civic's post to Pete.
Your Bronzo looks very nice mate, looks like it has a more polished finishing vs the OP's, but the gen bronzos can look very different from piece to piece too.
Good catch, and my guess is that this won't be one of the C&Rs.
Thats Mike Wazowski. His watch repair skills are quite limited for now..
Also his pilfering skills are limited given his lack of pockets, so he's in the clear I think?
No. Read carefully, the symbol I used was "=/=" or "not equal to"
It is important not to confuse the Mikes mentioned here.
MD2020 = The repair guy who took our watches and never returned them. The main perpetrator in this thread.
Mike on a Bike = my friend and the guy on RWG who tried to help us recover them. A very good guy.
Mike McNair = no idea who he is. This guy was added to the thread on page 16 based on something similar he did to someone apparently.
Hi Pete
Thank you for the elucidation regarding the CP.
Do you mean to say that for gens, the CP may not be necessarily flattened and/or polished as well?
I am a noob when it comes to PAMs (as well) and this is something new I am learning.
Do you also want one with real gold and movement that is like the original, as well as box and papers like original?
First post.. do some research yourself on why the rep is 15.5mm-16mm.
I actually watched the video on his site before I posted the question.. the CP on the video looks a bit domed and raised.
Well, I ordered it anyway. I guess that I would send it for the necessary mods later.
Well I think the 48mm model is the Big Bang King right?
I was talking about the Big Bang Chrono 44mm (44.5mm according to some ad copies)
The ones I saw on display seem to be "bigger" (parenthesis used because I was unsure) than the rep version. I could be wrong of course..
Yes you're correct. The ones with the carbon fiber dials have the correct 6 o'clock subdials and the "matte" dials have the wrong ones.
I just remembered one thing: is the size of the rep correct? I saw some gens at the AD and they look bigger somehow...hmmm
