These are the OEM hands for the Planet Ocean - hour, minute and second. I have purchased all of the hands from Ofrie and Marrick threw them on my PO v 4.

Nope, the black dial with silver subs comes with and without the diamonds. The two pics are off of Angus' site. So far, he's the only that I found that has this dial.

I'm ready to pull the trigger on the Chrono Ultimate - but just can't decide whether or not to choose the Graphite dial or the Black dial. I know that the graphite dial has the wrong colored sub dials, but the black one does have the correct silver dials. I did see pics of those who purchased the graphite dial, but wondering if anyone pulled the trigger on the black version. I'm leaning towards the black. Any suggestions ?!?!? Breitling.bmp

I believe that the graphite/grey dials have the incorrect color on the subdials. However, from Angus' site, he does have the black dial with silver subdials (without the diamonds).

I saw on Angus' site a new black version with silver subdials. Looks awesome. Very cloes to the Gen (from Breitling's site).

The 42mm version is 20mm lugs and the 45mm version is 22mm lugs. I know one member actually swapped an OEM Clasp on his 4th gen PO.

Believe me, if there's a reason for them to come out with another generation, they will. Take the SuperOcean for example. The numbers - 6,9,12 are a bit off compared to the gen. Now, anal as we are about our watches, if they come out with a version that had the correct numbers, people will buy it. Why? Because we demand perfection out of a $200-$300 watch.

Correct - OEM Bezels will not fit the rep PO. Additionally, I do beleive that the OEM Inserts would not also fit the rep bezel. I have the PO v.4 and plan on swapping the inserts (the current rep for another rep).

I don't know if it would, but I would atleast get the insert that goes with the PO. Ask the dealer if they can get you a spare insert - I know I was able to acquire one.

BTW - Best of luck....not trying to be negative, just trying to help you out so yuo are not stuck with all these cases if it fails through....

I guess what I was trying to convey since many poeple are in and others have their doubts is before you start paying for 50+ cases, wouldn't you be able to get one or two samples to make sure the case meets all requirements before purchasing a mass quantity?

Just curious, before taking orders, couldn't you get a sample or to of this soon-to-be create case? This way, members have a better idea if it fact this case is a true mirrro image of a sub case (also, you don't have the burden of refunding several deposits if this fails through).... My 2 cents....

Contact MVB (Marrickvilleboy)....he changed the position of my Omega symbol on my 4th version PO since it was basiaclly too low and on top of the word OMEGA. He can give you some better insight on how he did.

Joe- I did notice any difference between the rep and the gen. Below is a pic of the gen Steelfish. Look at the 6,9 and 12 between the rep and gen. You will see the numbers on the reps are a bit off compared to the ones on the gen....unless it's your pics

Great review Joe ! I would have loved to pull the trigger on this watch, but my wfe bought the the Gen with the Ivory dial for X-Mas back a few months. Only had she waited, could have saved some $$$$$, but oh well, can't hurt to have some gens in the collection. But I will pull the trigger on the Chrono Ultimate - just can't decide between the gray or graphite dial (don't need another white dial watch).

Say it with me now - I love to Search....I love to Search The only 42mm rep with the black rubber strap is the Asian version (covered many times in this section). You cannot use the rubber strap on the ETA version without doing some modding to the strap (covered many times in this section). Hope this helps........

Has anyone ordered from Krysworks ? I contacted them via web and was told their cyclops were the correct size compared to the sub and guarantee the mag to be 2.5x. All this for $5 a cyclop.

Cool, defintely will wait to see what other dial colors come out....Hoperfully, soon....I can ask my wife to get me one for my b-day

Yeah, I read that too, that the hands appeared to be too dark in gray color. Both versions are the same price, but I don't know if the graphite dial is for me.....but then again, can't knock it until i buy it !
