  1. Are you referring to this model? Silix 45mm PO This is not the same Ultimate PO that Andy, Josh and others have. Two quick differences - Silix's version has the oversized Omega symbol on the dial and the pearl on the insert. I remember, once the 4th version (42mm), this was then the latest 45mm PO.
  2. The OEM Dial for the SMP 2531 will fit the rep just perfectly. I had Joe install the OEM dial for me. Date field lined up perfectly. Hope that helps.
  3. That is one ugly and obvious rep ! One pic shows one set of hands and the others show a different set of hands. So bad....
  4. Ask Silix - I was able to source a corrrect length GMT hand for my ETA GMT...can't hurt to try.... Or, if you're high on this watch - grab the ETA version from King - She has the HE valve slightly higher than the others....then you can throw the OEM hands on it.... Hope that helps
  5. PM Sent - If you're thinking about parting with it, let me know:)
  6. Looks awesome ! Never really got into Breitlings until the wife bought me a gen SuperOcean (wished it was the Steelfish, but can't complain ). I would like to see a kick ass Colt rep as well. Enjoy the watch and wear it well !
  7. Plus - alot cheaper !
  8. Why $$$$ just to get the hands and datewheel. Ask Andy if he can source you the datewheel and the hands used on this watch for your GMT. Andy comes through !!!!
  9. What if we tell them it's from replicacenter.com ?
  10. I went ahead and e-mailed Josh about this movement and to see if there were any other differences, besides the movement, between the new Asian model and it's ETA sibling. He wrote back stating the following: "Only the movt is different..everything else is the same.. The watch need a higher pinnion for the needles due to the movt.. these are the differences. The movt is a Chinses copy of the 2824... 28800bph... Reliablity is defnitely there cos every production of movt is 10,000 pcs." To confirm if the date font is the same between the two, he confirmed it - "Yes the date font is the same... " So, for $110, seems like a great deal. May have to venture into getting the Black 45 PO with this movement.
  11. For the price, great deal. Again, I'm no expert here on movements, so I am nto sure how reliable the movement is (remember - you get what you paid for). But if this has the same offerings of its ETA cousin, then yeah, I would go for it - looks very very tempting !
  12. It says Asian copy of a 2824-2 movement, so I have no idea what movement is actually in it. With this movement, you more than likely will be unable to install the gen hands on an Asian movement, but would be able to do it with an ETA movement. It's exactly like it's ETA cousin, everything but the price....could be very tempting.....
  13. Please post some pics of your modded PO. Marrick installed the OEM hands and moved up the Omega symbol a tad bit. Other than that, I just might have the dial relumed.
  14. Damn - very impressive for a rep...No wonder why they call it ULTIMATE
  15. For the 42mm PO - 20mm straps/bracelet For the 45.5mm PO - 22mm straps/bracelet
  16. Ok, so I don't have the best photo-editing skills, but I dabbled a bit using Andy's Black and Orange Ultimate POs. This is what I am referring to - Orange insert with white numerals.
  17. What if you take the following PO and swap the insert with an Orange insert? I like the Orange insert, but not too crazy with the Orange numerals. Then you have the Black insert with the Orange numerals - too Halloweenish. Why not an Orange insert with the White numerals? Trusty's Black PO Any thoughts?
  18. Of course I do, that's why I have one for each day of the week No, I don't like it at all - IMHO - a horrible design for a dial....
  19. If you stare at it long enough, it'll make you dizzy and then make ya vomit :yucky:
  20. The straps will fit the 42mm PO - but only the Asian version - not the ETA version. I had the 3rd version PO with the rubber strap. I know that when the PO v 4 first came out, everyone was asking Andrew if these would fit the ETA version and he actually told people, myself included, that these straps would not fit PO v4. I ordered a strap from Josh and threw it on the GMT. In my pics, you will notice that I had to throw some threading needles to act like endlinks so the straps wouldn't move. I would hope and wish that they would come out with a nice rubber strap with ENDLINKS for the Omegas. It would be a huge success.
  21. IMHO - A disappointing Omega - very ugly
  22. Yep - it's a gen. Swapped out the rep for the gen along with the hands. Huge difference.
  23. How's this?
