  1. Choices are: Heavily modded 188, 176, 111, 187, 112, 16800, or Oris TT1 what do you think?
  2. The Oris TT1 could be sold from $550-$800 depending on the condition & market. Try selling it on Timezone or WUS if you're so inclined.
  3. I am a dedicated mac user but have not warmed up to the iphone... was just too expensive...but now, definitely going to get one when they debut on July 11.
  4. Great time guys...pizzanoo, that 202...if ever....
  5. Got into WA early yesterday morning...what is with all of this rain??? All I brought were shorts & tank tops...
  6. me too, for a few days now...
  7. there is a fine line between addiction and sickness...I'm no doctor but...
  8. What if your case back doesn't have a serial number?
  9. Real beauties...the PVD pams never looked so good to me.
  10. Got my case today (ordered on Monday). I got the 8 watch case, very decent for $49...though I will only be bringing 5 watches with me. 2 are at the shop with 4 more in route that will not be here before I leave.
  11. Unfortunately I don't have any profile pics at the moment and my digicam is in the shop.
  12. I've read several times that the bezel on the old cases in fatter...not sure if there is any truth to this. Here is a couple of pics of my 7753 188, I'm pretty sure it's the old case...
  13. Indeed if all that is different is the movement, $198 is a reasonable test drive price...especially if the CHS are sold out...
  14. I'm no expert by any means but judging by the angle of the rehaut, it looks to be the same watch but again, I'm not an expert.
  15. Good deal, looks like we'll have a decent showing. I'll be leaving for Seattle Friday morning, hopefully my travel case arrives in time from Panatime.
  16. It looks like the whole movement is bent...perhaps beyond repair.
  17. @ alligoat, if you know where I could source an open 6 & 9 date disc for my 16800...please let me know. I think you've got a gen 16800 but I thought I'd ask you anyways. thx
  18. I think you're right...and I think some of the posts about 'get em while you can' only feeds the fire. Only time will tell if they are the super rep they've already been dubbed as being... Personally, if I buy one I'll buy one second hand. If were to receive a defective watch from these "limited" number of CHS batches, the disappointment would leave me too sour for words.
  19. I have always seen the mbw 93150 for around $50 or so. I got mine with a pair of gen 501B endlinks for $100 from Bertieng a while back which was an absolute steal IMO. They sat in the sales section for days too. But at any rate, $50ish sounds about right. Keep in mind though the clasp will probably need replacing.
  20. For my 800th post...it's the 16800
  21. Just curious, what exactly is The Zigmeister's normal schedule?
  22. Looks fantastic...thanks for getting pics up. The modified GMT movements are tricky...hope all works out.
  23. bastard...
  24. pizz...just name the venue...and I'll be there.
  25. This is the longest thread ever without any first hand pics...L, if you have the GMT...you are obligated to post pics...Do it...Do it...
