  4. Entry level gens like the Seiko are far more reliable then our reps Now a days MBW's are shipped with copied ETA movements so for 400 bucks you still get a copied movement. I've got 2 Seiko which run great. Carpe Diem Cats

  11. Buy a used driver from this year or a last year model which will have at least a discount of 30-40%. Buying a inferiour quality fake club will only cause trouble. And if it stays in tact it will never have the same performance as the gen. Above all it's dangerous to play with these fakes. My biggest hobby is playing golf. I couldn't play golf for more the 2 years now because of a bad legg. Back in the "old" days a played a lot (from back tee with 3,9 ) and i was a caddy for a playing pro's for more the 4 years. I've never seen a proper replica of any club in my life. Carpe Diem Cats
  12. Once had a near death experience when someone plaid with a rep Titleist blade set. He was standing on the 1st tee hitting a 2 iron. The clubhead flew of the shaft and nearly missed my flight who was waiting. Personally i would never buy rep/fake golf equipment for that simple reason Carpe Diem Cats
  13. Chris, thanks for your update and it's always the best way to admit that people can make mistakes. Good to see that you have the old style MBW 1680 case still available. What puzzles me is why do they bring the newer lesser quality MBW1680 on the market knowing that the construction of the case and the reatining ring causes great troubles. Not to speak of the poor dial on the 1680 red. I'll get in contact with you for the 1680 case soon. Keep up the good work. Carpe Diem Cats
  14. It's a true beauty. I agree with both comments and then all it need is a lot of wristtime Carpe Diem Cats

  16. That looks realy great. Damn you were telling us during the GTG what you did to your Comex with the dial but i thought you also told the other modds you did. But i just can't remember them. Wear it well and just give us the list of modd's Carpe Diem Cats
  17. Wearing the PAM 183 skeleton today which might come up for sale this weekend. Carpe Diem Cats
  18. Looks real nice Mickey. Do you have any clue why the seller was banned ?? Carpe Diem Cats
  19. Also not an expert but what i can tell you concerning the case. If you are going to use a MBW make shure it's an old version. The newer version is a lot less in quality and in terms of accepting gen parts without modding the case. For instance the bezel construction on a 1680 is terrible . You can't get it fixed the right wat so that it turns. Mine can't be turned Good luck with the hunt. Carpe Diem Cats
  20. I don't like them I LOVE THEM I'M OBCESSED Then again a agree with greg r just wear what you like. Carpe Diem Cats
