I tried a gen 1570 with the new cartel case I got from Sead. The movement fits & the stem lines up but it sits too high for the case back to screw in. Maybe a 1520 might fit better.

I'm building a 1675 using parts from a 1655 exp 2. I'm in need of a good aftermarket bezel assembly. Can anyone help? I also need a good set of GMT hands with long posts for ETA. The ones from WSO are too short.

The 3135 datewheel won't work on ETA or other clones. I ve seen a hand full of build with gen wheels but it's a hell of work to make it fit & function properly

From what I read somewhere, I can't remember where tho, due to some patents changing & copyright law in 1980 only the ref. # appeared @ 12:00. Here is a pic I got from Jacek's site of a 1980 5513

It's looks very fake sir! The engraving doesn't look right @ all. The ref # engraving (15200) is too high. The crystal should be sapphire..that looks plexi!

The watch looks like a Gen 16014 but definitely has been "touched". The dial is refinished & them diamond are NOT Rolex diamonds. The only thing left to verify is the movement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Chris, I can't believe you built this and did shot me pics. It's hands down the best vintage explorer in our community. You have raised the bar bro...I love it. Great job is an understatement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
M, You are always looking for 1966 rollies/tudors. I ve dealt with Jacek before...he's a great guy. But isn't this Tudor overpriced? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Haha....that's one of the builds I ve in the pipeline. I will prolly get to it Jan-feb 2016. Datejust are the best bro Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
