Good afternoon,
A girlfriend wants a Chanel J12 in the white ceramic. Toro has one http://www.torobravo2015.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=86_131&product_id=600
I know it is a long shot, but does anyone have any experience with this model? Mainly curious on the finish and if the ceramic holds up?
Thanks
Looks much better. I had similar issue with one that I left in the dust cover for several months before looking at again and basically did the same thing you described. Usually just a little soap and water will remove the film and armor all or something similar will bring back some luster and add protection. I actually used the leather conditioner that came with our furniture on it and that worked the best.
Yes he is in SoCal. He has a vendor/modder area over on repgeek. If there are more of those dials love to get the sellers contact info from you.

Awesome post. Great score on the dial and hands. This is going to be a really nice build.
I have a Whoopy dial that Pbdad lumed over with Matt for my 1016 build # two. He did the dial and hands. I have not seen them in the flesh yet as they were direct shipped. In pictures the work looks great.
Looking forward to seeing your progress.

Thanks,
Got them at a jewelry/antique store in Seattle years ago. Came in a Rolex box. Supposedly genuine but I don't even know if Rolex really ever made cuff links. Bought a gold pair at the same time.
You can find similar on eBay and aliexpress for cheap.
Historically I only wore dress watches with suits but these days I like wearing vintage pieces with suits.
