Stick with your Steelfish. The steelfish is no longer produced.. and hard to come by. You can get the Ultimate "V6" DSSD from Lay for $88.00 with 21j. It's a steal, and has the same case and crystal as the more expensive version. If you decide you really like it. pop for the ETA version for about $250 from trevor and you're set. In any case.. I wouldn't get rid of your first and only Steelfish rep to get a DSSD. I have both and LOVE both equally. In fact, I wear the DSSD considerably more lately, but both are EXCELLENT watches. @Ronin: Someone has joked to you about the "Gas Escape Valve" on your DSSD? I get the joke, but just can't see any serious person cracking a joke at something so contrived... I mean honestly.. this person must crack up everytime someone says I need to fill up my Tank with Gas. Or a Gas Powered Furnace... I mean seriously??

Played saxophone from 8 yrs old through high school. Been playing guitar (or struggling to do so) for the last 12 years. My guitar playing would be better described as messin around, more than anything I love my instruments though. Fender Stratocaster Tex-mex, Fender Strat American standard, Ibanez S470, Takamine EF-261san. Of course.. for those of you who didn't make the connection... my Username is pronounced "PLAY FENDER" . Unfortunately I've sold the Fenders over the last couple years and now only have the ibanez and takamine. I'll get another Strat eventually!

more than likely a tube issue. the tube might not be seated completely. Depending on what type of tube it is (threaded or smooth), maybe you can remove the valve crown and push the tube into the case more.

Don't think so.. my polished steel items come impecable from the factories.. If you see that you have any scratches that need attending to, Cape Cod polish always works well for me. For big jobs I can get out my dremel and jeweler's rouge, but for the most part capecod works great for me.
