My Casio was $50, 200m waterproof, loses 1 second a year, and has two LED lights AND lume. However, it just doesn't do it for me like a Pam!
B&R, I mean.. I like the concept. But it makes me think "Wow look! Its JUST like an aviation guage!"... To the point where it looks like it was yanked out of the cockpit and should have wires hanging out the back!
Movado, I don't like them. MovaNO.
Panerai, really cool but I don't see them as a brand that requires a collection. One or two pieces is enough, the variety should be in strap options.
FM, I don't like the boxy look, and they seem very feminine.
I'd consider myself a very loyal person, to people. However, brand loyalty can be a [censored]. I dont understand why people crusade for a brand they hve no financial interest in. Not saying I havent done it...
Thats a solid route to go. Chrono's are nice, just expensive "keepers". Consider I have just one (Skyland V3) and it needs $200 servicing the day it arrives + cost of watch..
Great watch though Lani
Hah! We're not all independently wealthy like you, L-Money!
Fantastic piece. You really are correct, this deserves more attention than it gets. I like the chrono, i'm just scared away from A7750's.
The rubber kind've puffs out on my small wrist, too. If I had to get just one, it would be bracelet by far. As far as leather, I like the deployant more than a normal buckle.. Looks like i'm just not going to be much help on this one.
I had just finished reading that last little tidbit you wrote at the same time business matters suddenly called at work. I had to swallow my outburst of laughter very unnaturally, and now I feel like I broke a vein in my throat or something.
Can't see the pics here at work, will have to get a peek at the little guy after work in the relaxation of home.!
