Looks like you just advertised them anyway? No back door sales gentlemen. Here are the sales rules, take a read please, and welcome to the forum https://rwg.cc/forum/49-watches/

I’m not sure the Dual Time is available as a rep, I don’t remember ever seeing one. I think finding a suitable movement would be an issue. The best advice I can give is to email a couple of dealers with a reference number model name and picture of the watch and see what they say. They can all source the same watches, so if they say no, then I’m afraid it won’t be available and will only be shown as replicated on scam sites

You really believe the super rich are paying taxes at the rate they are supposed to be or even at the rates average guys pay? Fair enough, I’m not going to argue

All of the TDs can supply that model. http://www.pf-818.com/0-0-0-0rlsv01005-vintage-1680-red-sub-asia-eta-2836-best-v.html

@commanshop2011 I don’t recommend posting your email address on a public thread. I’ve edited your post, feel free to contact @altesporsche by PM.

Call me a cynic if you want, but the real story here is how the richest 1% scam the rest of us. $17 Million for a watch? Think again, it was a charity auction as so many of the ultra high value auctions are. What that really means is the winning bidder got a $17 Million tax right off, a free watch and the chance to look generous

There has been much talk on the forums about the price of reps these days. Those of us that have been playing the game for a decade or more can remember being charged royally for reps that wouldn’t cut it these days. I don’t think $500 is too outrageous for a rep that takes gen parts. We are now discussing whether we need to fit a gen date wheel to Rolex reps. A) it takes a gen date wheel? B ) is that all we have left to complain about. Ten years ago worrying about that wasn’t even thought about. All of which is a rambling introduction to my new source of amusement. I am interested to see how bad reps can be, how cheap and if any dirt cheap reps are at all interesting. Results, yes, they can be spectacularly bad. They can get very cheap and some unbelievably cheap watches aren’t that bad. Today this arrived. No, not a super rep. It has flaws, it has obvious tells. On the other hand it isn’t a watch on the mainstream radar, nor do more than a few WIS know enough about the make to call out the flaws. As a taste of what a Nomos would look like on my wrist, it gets the job done, as a Bauhaus style Watch, it is pleasing. The cost? Not $500, not $100, not $50. For you, and well me obviously and for that matter anyone who fancies one, $5.76 including postage

V72 $1500 - 2000 Phong case - $1450 MQ best dial -$1000 - 1500 Case back engraving by @JMB - he would do it for a beer Service, casework and assembling by one of our modders- priceless Total cost of the build, about half a day’s interest on $17 Million. I mean come on, I like Paul Newman as much as the next guy, but $17 Million! For a watch that goes tick, tick! I’m betting Mr Newman would have sold it in a heartbeat and used the money for one of his charities if he could have raised half that from it. Crazy rich folk and first world problems. We all knew it would make a lot, but I didn’t think anyone seriously thought it would go that high

Especially @freddy333 post, coffee is pretty good actually. Not sure about the mention of @Nanuq depth of knowledge, but I’m pretty sure he is the main supplier for Chronoshop. Isn’t that right @themannier? https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/how-to-age-your-vintage-rolex-bonesey-style.92860/ That should give you a couple of nights reading?

You got a case sorted? Hont is showing them. I’m going to have a little look and get back to you Also try River, he had one copied from an Asian collector’s gen. -

I’m pretty sure it would come bare metal though. @Natas78or @Bigwaved would be worth reaching out to for paint and lume. They may even be able to source the dial for you -

PVirus I would imagine. PM me if you want his contact address -
No, they are nearly all based out of China since that is where nearly all the reps are made. I know a couple of guys living in Dubai that purchase reps without problems

***Pictorial review*** BP 2017 Sea Dweller from Trustytime
Sogeha replied to mike00's topic in The Rolex Area
“The Dark Side of the Force is the pathway to many abilities some consider to be.... Unnatural” Senator Palpatine Tell me again, which nation was it that invented the concept of mass production of horological fakes? ?? Many of us own and appeciate the genuine, but this hobby teaches one to appreciate more of the detail of genuine watches than a lifetime of collecting gens ever would. Besides which I have met far more genuine people and made more real friends here on the dark side than I have in all the gen forums I frequent -

It always pleases me when long time members reappear. I notice a few long standing members who don’t post or rarely post, but when I check their profile, they log in everyday ? It might be the light, but the red on the dial looks better than any I’ve seen before. I’m with you on the balanced look and more to the point more balanced feel of this piece. I have found recent Sea Dwellers too tall and top heavy for my small wrists. These sit a lot better, even though they are a bigger diameter. When life slows a little, you know where we are -
Hello and welcome to the community

@jaye I have just deleted your last post, evidently you did not read and comply with my previous post. <—SEE THIS Any of the members will tell you I do not throw my weight around, but if you take a moment to read the forum rules instructions from Mods are not to be ignored. Noobfactory is a scam site, you got scammed by a scammer, part of the reason you got scammed is that you did not do your homework This is the final Cease and Desist you will get. Take notice now and you are still welcome in our community, continue to ignore and you will not be
-
I understand you are upset, but that is the same post as your opening post. Like the other rep fora we provide tons of information on all aspects of replica watches. The Noobfactory websites are well known here and on the other three sites as being scammers. You got scammed, there is nothing the members here can do about that, but if you take the lesson to heart and read up before making your next purchase, you can prevent it happening again. As you can see, this thread alone was started two years ago. We knew about him before that. Caveat Emptor and due diligence are always important, more so when purchasing counterfeit goods

It will be interesting to see what early adopters report. His APs are well received and look very nice

Sorry to hear you got caught. Unfortunately it is nearly always those new to the hobby. Once again, never use a google search to find a dealer, even a dealer that is a TD. Instead always use a direct link from one of the forums.

I haven’t heard of that @tomhorn, thanks for the input. No @Jack1993 it shouldn’t change the look at all, but greatly improves the feel and stops it seeming rattly. Some people use WD40, it gets the job done as a lubricant, but isn’t great for skin, I don’t recommend it.

I already posted on the other thread, but it kind of fits better here. Copy & paste An old and tested piece of advice is to find a genuine watch online that you particularly like and copy it. Decisions: Pre 1967 with gilt dial or later white dial print Pointed crown guards or rounded only applies on an early version domed or flatter service crystal replacement crown? leather, NATO or bracelet. If you are keeping the bracelet, take it off the watch and drop it in baby oil for 24 hours How much, if at all do you want to age the bezel Once you know what you are shooting at, we can help with suppliers and links to tutorials, guides, inspiration

Noob Hulk insert has never been great, anyone know anything about the one from Loco yet?
