  1. About 15 atm....peaked out at 30 and down-sizing processes kicked in...
  2. A Logo Caseback for PAM? http://www.rwg.cc/members/Panerai-Caseback...ale-t18539.html
  3. Try getting a decent tripod. As for lens, there are a couple of cheap macro + close ups on "halfbakedBAY".... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...%2509%26fvi%3D1
  4. I noticed that too. Upfront payment for a watch service sounds "out of the blue"...unless it's for a standard service.
  5. Wow!! I am really amazed by the speed at which you prepared the mods for this SRSD Am glad that it reached you in time to start work on it right away. Do enjoy this MBW my friend and I can't wait to see the finished timepiece. Starting to miss her already but am glad she's in the right hands headed towards more mods. Will be watching this thread....
  6. http://www.network54.com/Forum/353391/thread/1126898378/ A 5218-201 A LUMINOR PANERAI SAN MARCO A 5218-301A MARE NOSTRUM SAN MARCO They were handed out to donators to save the Piazza San Marco in Venice. They wanted to raise funds for the building of the dam in the lagune in front of Venice. If you donated $500 you got a Panerai with a quartz in it, with 'san marco' on the dial. Panerai supported this, you know being a brand involved with the sea etc. They are very common, a few thousands of them have been distributed. ........If they are so common, Why haven't I seen one yet? Anyone here knows or seen one? Imagine a 201a or Mare Nostrum in Quartz...
  7. My suggestions: PAM 36 - Marina Militare in Titanium Casing PAM 192 - Tantalium Both of which have most accurate looking crowns which is the biggest flaws in most replica panerais.... Genuine cheapest panerais: Go for 005 or 000 both of which are below $3000 for a LNIB
  8. All 'about.....the ________ that _____ this ____ you.
  9. Sweet O' of TTK's Gorgeous timepiece!
  10. Fantastic piece!! I feel the 'Tona fever coming on strong... Enjoy!!!
  11. Wow! You never know the value of a piece of metal till hordes of peeps chime in on it....
  12. If you prefer a chunkier piece, I would recommend the 64C or 87. I have both and they are always in rotation for the past 2 months. The updated 243 seems to be a hot fav in terms of accuracy. 187 if you can acquire the Watchonpo's version. Too many markers drops and requests with the other version.
  13. Hi Rolex lovers...ubiquitous...Sherrington and gang... Got the Daytona Fever coming on strong and am in the midst of a DW Daytona acquisition. Before I take the leap, can anyone give me an insight into the main differences between VJ23 "Mystery movement" and Lemania? I know that Lemania is a manual chronos movement. How about VJ23? Is it automatic or manual? With regards to the stability of VJ23, has any DW Daytona owners faced any problems with this movement? If so, what are the more common problems? Which would you recommend, a VJ23 or Lemania (seems to be a more stable movt) Steel or Black Bezel this question has been accompanying me all night....I love them both.... Especially with ubi's solid scans of his 6263. Thanks in advance for any help on this.
  14. Hi Rolli, which dealer carries this updated version?

  16. What a sea of watches! I can understand why that "irritating bugger" keeps pestering you for your Sinn Regulator!! It's a real beauty bro!! I love it! That 239's a real looker too! Thanks for sharing!
