Justasgood Posted December 7, 2010 Report Posted December 7, 2010 Contact me if you have any interest before I list them here, TZ and VRF. First year issue anniversary sub: Full size Platinum Yachtmaster 1675 with 4 mil serial (Rolex replacement case), replacement dial and replacement hands. Has a 93150 bracelet. Basically, the movement is original to the watch. And just for grins, more pics of the red sub that my watchmaker cannot get opened:
Justasgood Posted December 7, 2010 Author Report Posted December 7, 2010 Prices? Not to be discussed here. I simply posted these to give my friends here first crack. If you are interested, send me a PM and we can discuss pricing. Thanks.
sneed12 Posted December 7, 2010 Report Posted December 7, 2010 Hmm... Sub LV with a swiss movement is worth about $200... same for the Yachtmaster I think. That GMT is all beat up, probably shouldn't ask more than $100 for it. Wish I could afford one of those. Good luck with the sales.

HauteHippie Posted December 8, 2010 Report Posted December 8, 2010 The pitting between the lugs on the red sub... Very interesting. That puppy has seen some use!
Dizzy Posted December 8, 2010 Report Posted December 8, 2010 Probably corroded/glued right on there with dissolved rubber gasket as extra stickyness...
www_watch Posted December 8, 2010 Report Posted December 8, 2010 Look at that Yacht-Master... what a beauty. And everyone who owns a WM9 YM should have a close look at that dial and recognize how bad that so-called "perfect" WM9 dial actually is. Oh no... it's not "bad"... what was the word for it... yes... it's "crap". Thanks for sharing the pics.
Nanuq Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 If it were mine....I'd send it to ya Gratis......jus cuz yur cool...... Why thank you sir! Hey I visited my watchmaker tonight and he has a new tool... and he is absolutely positive he can open that Red Sub. If you send it to me I promise I'll be a good boy and NOT open it myself and I'll take it to him so he can try out his tool. He's Rolex certified. Sound like fun??
