Khurram
Well fellas this one has been a while in the making but I finally got it back yesterday and I can say it is now complete. I may be wrong but I haven't seen a DRSD at this franken level ever:D Specs: - Original MBW DRSD 1665 case (accepts all gen parts 1:1) - MBW dial with vintage lume done by the master, PBdad. - GEN Original Tropic 39 Acrylic Superdome Crystal (as used by Rolex on the original 1665's) - GEN Bezel Insert & Recessed Pearl- gen vintage service insert from Rolex - GEN Rolex crown and tube with case drilled to accept the gen tube - GEN 93150 vintage Rolex bracelet- OEM 1665 Rolex bracelet! - GEN thick rolex spring bars - Case was Completely Refinished, Aged & Rounded and has shaved Crown Guards - Upgraded Date wheel w/ Correct Font (6/9) Sorry for the quick and dirty pics- this one deserves a proper photo shoot which I should be able to do this weekend. Of course I've never held a gen DRSD but I can't imagine it feeling/looking any different than this! Pics for your enjoyment:

freddy333
Not sure about the bracelet clasp (are you sure it is gen) or the size of the lug holes (may be a bit too large), but other than that it looks great. All you need now is a freshly serviced 1575 & working Hev (yes, it never ends).

Khurram
I thought about getting an NDT trading dial but Pbdad did such an incredible job with the lume- I see no need now. A gen dial would be around 5k Edited February 5, 2011 by Khurram

Mr Clark
A beauty! Mine is at Pbdad's crib and I am going to ask for the same aging process! Did you consider Clark instead of gen crystal? I am hesitating buying a gen T39 instead of a Clarks... Edited February 7, 2011 by Mr Clark
