SSTEEL Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 He's not having much luck these days, but the risks are always there in this hobby. Just hope he don't throw the towel in after all this [censored], including losing his Paypal because of some idiot.
ogladio Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 Sure hope this sorts out easy for him. He's one of the best dealers around, no doubt.

sgtguk Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 He's not having much luck these days, but the risks are always there in this hobby. Just hope he don't throw the towel in after all this shit, including losing his Paypal because of some idiot. No he's def having a hard time atm, I'm sure like most of them though he will jump back on swiftly I've not used him as yet but only heard great things!
folex Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 He hasn't popped up yet in here... Usually they'd come to give us assurance that they are fine
freddy333 Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 All they did was seize his domain name to replace his website with their webpage. Like most rep sellers, he will likely soon 'resurface' with a modified domain & another site.
chronology1066 Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 +1 + another. He has been spot on with every purchase and I like the fact he will send you photos of the actual watch you will get, saves messing about later. I hope he will be back soon
Jkay Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 Doesn't look good. It means nothing. Almost every dealer here has their domain seized three or four times a year. It's a huge waste of time and tax money.
Tonyyammine Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 It means nothing. Almost every dealer here has their domain seized three or four times a year. It's a huge waste of time and tax money. No no wrong wrong this country needs to protect the Rolex name and all the other luxury names because they really give a [censored] about the USA.... Yea right!
masmannan Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 Is it really governments? Or is it a government quango paid by the watch industry?
billyfras Posted June 26, 2013 Report Posted June 26, 2013 I hope he gets back up quickly. I was thinking about using him for my next watch.
chango Posted June 28, 2013 Report Posted June 28, 2013 anyone know if he is back up or still taking orders? I was just about to buy something from him.
jamesfl Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 He posted the new web address over on RG, torobravos2013.com. 1
panerai153 Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 The TD's are pretty resilient folks, they are all pretty adept at "workarounds" when they have these sorts of problems. I agree this is a huge waste of taxpayers money, and from the looks of some of the names appearing at the top of the "Seized" website, I'm not at all sure these are really Govt. agencies, rather more likely some quasi govt. outfits that are in fact financed by the major "Luxury goods" manufacturers. Just because you have a badge, doesn't mean you're a cop!!
Drummania Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 New address: http://www.torobravos2013.com/ should be legit as he posted it in another forum.
fer10 Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 New address: http://www.torobravos2013.com/ should be legit as he posted it in another forum.yeah it works

votoms Posted July 4, 2013 Report Posted July 4, 2013 There are probably better ways to spend that money and keep the world safe.
