ceocorona
Very nice! Seems like there are a few of us building some TT watches. I just finish sourcing my parts to build a TT GMT IIc. Great build!

clem2192
Very nice!! If you don't mind me asking, where did you pick up the Sean case?? I'm looking for a case for a 16610 build that will take genuine parts and a 2824-2 movement

alligoat
beautiful build, congrats! one minor thing though, your insert predates your case- when the no lughole case came out, Rolex changed to the skinny 4 in 40 on the insert. But I've seen MK1 LVs with the fat 4 and maybe it's the same with the 16613.

ceocorona
CC...what GMTIIC TT parts did you get/find? ..and DC..buddy...WOW...just WOW! Not to thread jack... its all in good TT fun! My current parts list is as follows: BP TT GMT IIc (x2 using the best parts of two BP TT GMTs for the build; clasp, rehaut engravings, case) unknown origin GMT IIc CHS (this watch has been running for 3-4 years with no issues) Gen 18k Gold Bezel Gen Gold Insert Gen GMT IIc Bezel Assembly Gen 18k Crown w/ TC Tube Gen AR Crystal WSO 18k Solid Gold Midlink Bracelet 14k Gold Wrapped Bracelet (off a TrustyTime #ROLGMT092, but this is most likely going to a 16613 build) I'll have the dial and hands relumed to match each other, BPs lume has a slight difference. I almost snagged a gen dial but the owner wanted a crazy sum for it, BPs dial will do for now. I will also be posting a thread showing some additional pictures of the TrustyTime 14k wrapped bracelet. In summary I give it a 7.5/10 in terms of look. Obviously lacks the weight of real gold. I will also start a thread in regards to this build. Sorry for the thread jack! panerai153
That's a very nice build. Well done. All you need now is a gen dial, and you would have an " ultimate" 16613.

preacher62
With that parts list, I would spring for an 18K bracelet at some point. I know it's an $800 - $950 option, but then the watch is forever. Great TT. One of the best I've seen. Edited July 11, 2013 by preacher62
