I think Phong and his son get away with what they're doing because everything is vintage and Rolex's patents have run out.

I would buy a cheaper Yuki etc case.

And to be honest his stuff varies massively in terms of being close to Gen spec. I've had some crap cases from him before

For older models that had the more pronounced bevels, phong's cases are best. Yuki doesn't do a great job in that department

+1 phongs bezel is fabulous. Brass, played over like gen. MQ etc doesn't come near too it. Deffo worth the £!

But Rolex's trademarks have not. This website, well more the sale of the products, is def illegal by US standards and will eventually be shut down. It's basically like whack a mole. They shut it down and 3 days later it's up again under a diff domain.

It's much more difficult to shut down a domain listed under certain country domains like China's instead of .com. Eventually they figure that out and park it there.

I'm sold on the case set.  What do the experts think about the dial which comes with the 6538 project kit?  I missed out on CC's 'legendary' 6538 project dial.
