Beavertail tip near Keira's sauceboat lips. "Body of a babe, Mouth of a Sailor"? Call it my contribution to brighten up RWG Males' Friday. The Wristie! No one is paying attention to my watch, huh? SATURDAY From a young babe, to an old Grand Dame. My vintage gen Elgin peek-a-boo bracelet watch. Don't tell my mother I posted this. She said NO GENS on the forum. EVER. It looks like a bracelet from the side. But open it up and it's a watch! Comes with a fob, just like ladies' bracelets used to. This was my father's mother's watch. It's going in for servicing this Monday, so I'm wearing it with love today! SUNDAY Can you stand yet another Silix Rollie from me? I got more coming too! Good change of pace, the Day-Date. I think leaving the Rolex hologramme on is tacky, and don't do it with my gens. For SOME reason, I leave it on with my reps...guilty conscience perhaps. ...have a good weekend everyone! Thanks I thought you muight like it Believe it or not, the strap is actually the factory strap my 111h came on. I ordered the 029 on an identical strap, but, as I wanted to wear it immediately, I put my own strap on it, which was already 'broken in'. I have to admit, it certainly 'feels' 'me', as it's got the things I like about the SMPs, (hands, contoured dial) and the things I like about PAMs (overall shape/size/straps) Maybe not one that will be in regular rotation when I get the others back/delivered, but, definitely a keeper, and a fantastic 'holiday watch' Edited November 2, 2007 by TeeJay Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
