derkai Posted May 22, 2008 Report Posted May 22, 2008 hello watchfriends, here is my collection on the new display at the wall.... next watch is on the way to me BREITLING HERITAGE CHRONO BLUE !!!!!! enjoy the pictures
Stephane Posted May 22, 2008 Report Posted May 22, 2008 You gave me an idea ! Splendid wall. Congrats on the watches, the photos, and the wall
Cats Posted May 22, 2008 Report Posted May 22, 2008 Nice way to display your watches but as Verbal Kint already said it will collect a lot of dust. And if i store my watches that way i'm afraid to guy next to me on the avatar will by wearing my 18k Ebel to school. Carpe Diem Cats
freddy333 Posted May 29, 2008 Report Posted May 29, 2008 I like how you displayed both the watches & the pictures. Very nice, professional-looking presentation. I have often thought of doing something similar, but, for security reasons, I do not like to leave a number of watches sitting out in the open.
maulermacall@hotmail.com Posted May 29, 2008 Report Posted May 29, 2008 Thats really creative! I like the ideas of framing photos of your watches. The gathering of dust though on an open display would drive be crazy though!
iceberg1459 Posted May 29, 2008 Report Posted May 29, 2008 After i saw this i also bought a set of watch stands Going to put them into glass display box with AD-like lightning
Sir-Lancelot Posted May 29, 2008 Report Posted May 29, 2008 Agree, very nice set up you have there. Also agree, my wife would only allow this to be in the garage.
Admin Posted May 29, 2008 Report Posted May 29, 2008 Hmm...I don't think the missus would even allow it in the garage...Maybe in the glove compartment of my car, but just maybe
derkai Posted June 2, 2008 Author Report Posted June 2, 2008 hi watchfriends, thanks for the nice replies..... in the next days i will post photo
sicknote Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 Nice display! What strap is that on the PVD 111?
derkai Posted June 5, 2008 Author Report Posted June 5, 2008 on the PVD is a strapculture have a look: http://www.strapculture.com/legendmp.html i love the straps !!! quote name='sicknote' date='Jun 3 2008, 07:47 PM' post='462508'] Nice display! What strap is that on the PVD 111
FxrAndy Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 I would get away with that at home i think! Most of mine are out in the open like that on a wooden shelf, with piles of old straps and card in between,
P4GTR Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 Thats really creative, I love it! Of course, i'd be worried about who came in and layed eyes on all of that treasure, but I dont like to socialize, so its ok. Where do you guys get the clear watch display holders?
blueradish Posted June 7, 2008 Report Posted June 7, 2008 Great display, never thought of that. I just stick them in watch cases.
