  2. "I believe in an America where millions of Americans believe in an America that's the America millions of Americans believe in. That's the America I love." –Mitt Romney (January 2012) A genuine quote from someone who tomorrow just might be in charge of the most powerful nation on earth. Am I frightened? You bet I am.

  4. I think the title says it all, on to the video: Yes the clasp is genuine and yes the ocean racer rubber is genuine Breitling. I used CapeCod, which you can buy almost everywhere, depending on your location. Google is your friend. So what do you think of it? Are the results good enough? Are you going to use CapeCod? All the best, F.

  6. Thanks Aeromatic - Never new that 25% rule ? Interesting ! In all seriousness, this watch feels and looks 100% gen - I own gen Rolexes and just knowing it has a gen Rolex movement in it changes the wearers mindset. A bit like a Ferrari engine in so much as you know what is under the hood is what really makes it pedigree and if the seats were re-upholstered then it still is a Ferrari and if the soft-top was replaced - It is still a Ferrari and if The respray was done in California not Modena Italy, then its still a Ferrari and you are still gonna feel like you have a special car. Well this watch really feels like something very very special when you have it on your wrist.

  8. That seems like a good idea... we can't have people just ABUSING watches for fun now, can we? So in that spirit........ 9. Thanks to this community, our medical costs are pretty much covered. Enbrel will pick up 90% of the cost after the first of the year. Our family is now mourning the loss of my wife's father this past Sunday.......when it rains it pours... RWG is the great escape.

  11. I'm sorry, but I have to call bullshit on this... 'Trusted Dealers' means nothing. Trusted by whom? By the admins of this forum? By people who have had good dealings with them? I'm sorry, but that means absolutely fuck all... Andrew and Josh were BANNED at one time as dealers on RWI because the admins felt that they could not be trusted, yet they are still 'Trusted Dealers' here, so who is right and who is wrong? Just because a dealer is not known to the forum, it does not mean they cannot be trusted... At one time, WatchEden was not a 'trusted dealer', and now they are... At one time, EuroTimes was a highly praised 'trusted dealer', but now he is not, as he imploded from an inability to keep up with the demand (and demands) of forum members... Of course, people are free to buy from whomever they feel the most comfortable with, and they should always go with who they feel is right, but at the end of the day, dealers will not become trusted by the community as a whole, if no one is prepared to give them a chance, and that's never going to happen if the peanut gallery just chimes in "Stick with the trusted dealers..." like a parrot every time an off-forum dealer is mentioned, even when they've had no personal dealings or even knowledge of said dealer. In my 'off forum purchases', I've never had significant issues, and all those were remedied by the sellers to my complete satisfaction. Every transaction I had with Silix was a nightmare, resulting in receiving an un-ordered item instead of what was ordered, an un-QCd item which was clearly faulty (and a replacement with identical faults) and items which simply never arrived... Oh yeah, that's real trustworthy... [Edit to add] That's not intended as a personal dig at you, just the situation in general...

  12. Very true, it was more meant as a FYI As to warrenty, I think he gives 3 months and works with a in Germany based repair guy. Yiu are are right he is not trusted here, so my report is a FYI, but again he is not trusted here yet, every trusted dealer needs to start some how proving himself.

  13. for someone who is importing illegal goods, selling illegal goods, not paying taxes, not paying import duties it does not seem to smart to have a facebook account with his own name there. Doesn't sound like the smartest thing to do...

He makes his own products or at least he used to. you can go to his website to see his work. Not sure if he is rep friendly or not. BTW his name is "seiko boy" spelled backwards. He is out of HK is I remember correctly.
