  1. Seen them in the Posrche pieces but not with the Yachting count down timer.
  2. Unfortunately more then likely will not see it due to the movement.
  3. Me too. I really like Breitlings blue dials. Have a Blue Baton SA as well. Also a SOSF in silver. Just waiting for the B01 in Blue w/ Silver Subdials to hit my AD.
  4. Got this today as well. Need a movement to make this a accurate rep. Do like the Pro Diver 2 strap over the Pro Diver 1 on these LE DLC models.
  5. Michigan my friend. The prices are from the US price list. Don't know why they would be so different.
  6. Great choice! You will love the Gen. Here is mine in a couple of strap flavors. Wear the Pro 2 bracelet mostly.
  7. How are Rep ever expected to run COSC when they are not built with the components that allow that type of accuracy? I am referring to true COSC, not a piece running +3 sec/day dial side up. That is easy to dial in. I see too many are wanting the performance of a Gen at the cost of a Rep.
  8. Beautiful! Get them fixed up and keep them going in the family for the next generation!
  9. Reminds me when I would spend time up at Michigan Tech up in Houghton, MI. Would literally get 2'-3' of snow in a day for two to three days straight! Just ridiculous! Bet the kids are all happy that they will not have school for the first half of the week.
  10. Rolex Authorized service only! Yes you will pay more, but here is the thing, if you go the cheaper route with your independent guy, and there is some thing he can not fix or screws up and it needs to go to Rolex, they will hammer you on price. My watchmaker who has been teaching me, is a Authorized Rolex service tech and sees it all the time. Unfortunately for him, he has to bare the bad news to the owners that the cheap alternative that serviced their piece last, did more harm then good. Instead of a $550 they spend much much more, plus what they paid the cheaper service guy. There are plenty of qualified people out there like Z that are more then capable of doing the work however, there are even more that are not capable. For a piece of mind and potentially more money in your pocket, get it into the right hands. Talk to your local or out of state AD's, some have in-house Rolex Trained Service techs that can do the work their in the store in a week and will not have to send it to Rolex. Like above, I only send my Gen
  11. One of my favs. Blue SOSF on Pro Diver.
  12. Wow! Had no idea it was going to look like this when you were telling me about it! Very cool! I will keep being like Mike though...
  13. Very nice. Not so much into yellow gold, but I really like the Arabic numbers on the one. Very nice to see on a Chronomat over the stick or roman numeral markers.
  14. I tend to look at things differently, as I am sure others do as well
  15. Used to like Jaeger-LeCoultre when they used to show clips of extreme sports like Skydiving and Snowboarding. Breitlings site has munch improved with their new release.
  16. The Wolverine State. $650 is right form the 2009 Breitling price list. Leather strap = $160 Lizard strap = $260 Croco strap = $480 (Add $50 for a long) Diver Pro = $110 Ocean Racer = $410 Professional steel bracelet = $500 Professional titanium bracelet = $900 Aero Classic steel bracelet = $700 Ocean Classic bracelet = $650 Pilot steel bracelet = $1,300 Blackbird Pilot steel bracelet = $1,400 Navitimer steel bracelet = $1,400
  17. Typically 2. One sport one dress. Some times 1 gen and the other rep. Custom officers will pick on reps if you are bringing a fist full of them back form China. 2 years ago was doing some contract work for a friend of mine and traveling with him to China
  18. 8mm from center to each chrono post for the tricompax movement, sec @9. 6.75mm from center to each chrono post for a Rolex w/. sec @6. If you want I can post pic of the Rolex dials I have. One is sec @6 the other is sec. @9. So you can see the subdial spacing difference. Let me know
  19. My bad! Forgot to get you the dimensions last night. Pulled out the movement then got distracted. Will get them tonight!
