I have a very close friend who got interested in Forex trading from his brother in law when he moved out to Texas. He spend over a year doing make believe trades until he felt comfortable and knowledgeable enough to go for the real thing. He started with $3,000, which was probably his life savings at the time and lost all but a couple hundred within a month. He doesn't like to talk about that episode too much anymore. In my humble opinion, Forex and commodity trading is best left to the professionals. And day trading stocks is right up there in the same league.

I've had one package go missing in transit and the seller and I worked it out to each take 50% of the loss. That seems the most logical. In our case is was a gen dial and there was no disclaimer about shipping responsibilities involved.

I don't know squat about what an old gen looks like but I personally like the 2nd attempt before going .001 deeper. I think it looks great.

He's long gone. I tried to contact him last year about making some more and never heard back, even on his e-mail address. I assume he's moved on in life.

I was going to reply that Chicago is getting real bad on reps. And that was before I even read your post. I've heard several guys on the different forums complaining about losing their reps in Chicago just lately. Good luck with this and keep us posted.

I've been seeing nightmare threads on all the forums lately about their CC processing system. From not getting full amount back to declined payments that end up having the money taken. And double payments, etc.

Why not? It's a homage watch, not a rep. I remember buying one of there Tube K's for rep about 5 years ago. Unfortunately I don't even remember which watch it was for but I remember it fit several different reps at the time. Might have been an Omega.

I don't think expecting a new member to have only one log in is asking too much. The others don't have the same dealers and they definitely don't have the same content. This site has excellent vintage Rolex and is probably the best for that but there's no need to belittle the other sites. They have a lot to offer and they certainly have a lot more and some of the better TD's that aren't listed here.

The Costco warranty is actually better than the AD's. That was brought up in the rebuttal to the Omega lawsuit when Omega said they would decline to warrant the grey market watches sold at Costco. Another interesting read is the latest grey market case before the Supreme Court that the book manufacturer lost. Well, Trailboss is the only person that can un-ban you. So, it's either talk to him or maybe find one of the RWI mods that frequent RepGeek and plead your case with him. TT88 is online now at RG.

You might try going over to the other RWG and PM'ing Trailboss. He's a co-admin on that forum and he checks in regularly. You'll either get a response or another banning.
