so far on the asians i have fitted swiss balance and springs, winding wheels, stems canon pins, hour wheels, but if you want to fit the going train you have to change it all.

Personaly i would go for the non chrono and get a lello date wheel (i am sure some one had the last 8 for sale) have a look at my rep gen comparrison for full details of how good this is

Well if you have a nicley finishe 2824 in there all you would need would be the breitling rotor of a gen and you would have a breitling Cal 17 because all it is is a nicely finished 2824 with cronometer grade parts, hair spring, main spring ect.

Well Robert i think it is expencive as A ,RLT is cheeper and B, People in my regiment get their regimental watch straps from RLT, Now the only authentic G10 strap actualy comes from the G1098 store in any British unit. Also the watchesd on sale there are MWCs a cheep rip off of the CWCs that are the current issue watch, that same current issue watch can be bought from the sole civilain suppliers "Silvermans" for

I have had a similatr problem and it was caused when i cut a stem to short, if i pressed thwe crown in it would wind ok but in the normal winding pos it would slip a bit.

You know i have been toying with the idea of selling mine, DSN crystal with AR (bit blue) Super lume (dont know what make but the lume is VeryGood) Canon pin fix Swiss base movement Clean Some wear marks but hey i do wear my watches Hand made strap by me And a good black moo crock fitted at the moment Tight crown guard Boxed ect should i put it up for auction? i will think about it while i am away from home over the next two weeks

Are you still here? listen, how about recognising the the fact it was, bad move to take your reps into and AD, accept that it is a rule not to and go on living, We are all here to learn and i agree that the ingy is a great watch, and even the short hands are not that much of a give away as there were gens like that, but the date wheel is.
