  1. You'll have a package from me..... as soon as I find me a 616 of course.
  2. Tudor Monte Carlo The T128 makes all the difference....
  3. You are absolutely right TJ. The McQueen is an absolute nightmare when it comes to telling time at a glance.... but the unique dial is what attracted me to it in the first place
  4. I know that a 2893 in a McQueen is inaccurate. But I sleep better with a "real" GMT movement in this coz I really like this watch. A GMT function is always useful...
  5. Got the ETA version. AT least that's what I paid for. Anyways, am working towards implanting a 2893 in this. Gen plexi, higher hand wheels (hopefully the higher wheels will eradicate the hand clearance issues....) But I am enjoying this for what it is right now..
  6. Rollie Saturday Cheers S181
  7. Picked up the latest ExpII to accompany my recently completed Tudor 7032 project. I must say the build on these new ExpII are excellent. I believe that if you just change the crystal and you are set. But then again I am a Rollie noob so what do I know but I like what I see.. Have a good weekend Cheers S181
  8. Will you be making more of the gold ones???
  9. Hi T, WOuld you consider just selling the second hand only? Gonna need like 3 of these....
  10. Don't think this will leave my wrist anytime soon
  11. NSNO. Its sad when people who have no interest in soccer / football buys a club and runs it to the ground. I am a blue and has been frustrated by the Toffees lack of ambition in the transfer market but I wouldn't trade it for the [censored] that Man U and Liverpool are going through right now.... at least from a financial point of view
  12. Yup. Condition and brand plays a more significant role in the price. When I first started hunting for 7734s earlier this year. I was snapping off any 7734 that was below a certain price, not paying attention to the totalisers. I ended up with 03 x 30 min watch and 01 x 45min watch. I didn't notice the difference until about 1 month ago, about 1 or 2 weeks before DW officially released the case sets. But what I have noticed that since the news of the release, none of the 45 min totalisers went for less than USD250. I doubt that the price will go down any lower than USD300. As with any used watch (esp those from the 70s), it's always good to have a full service upon arrival, bearing in mind that this this will not be a cheap project. The case set itself will cost around USD500.00. The cost of servicing the movt + additional parts will give you peace of mind for the next 2 to 3 years. I suppose that it all depends on how you approach this build.
  13. 1. The 45 minute subdial is a totaliser. The problem exists when you run chrono, the hand might not always incicate the time correctly when 30 min is used. I don't know whether it will reset probably but it should... I think. the 45 min totalisers will not come cheap now but get a cheap 30min and convert. I have one of those as a spare. 2. 40mm This case-set is built for the 7734 only. Cheers S181
  14. This baby has to be one of my most expensive builds. It has the correct 45 min totaliser, gen 24-700 crown, marsupilami tube and a T128. Datewheel is not correct though. It has the roulette black/red numerals. I suppose I can always wear this on even days...lol. Anyone with a spare all black datewheel??? You can still get the movt off the bay but be prepared to pay anything between 400 and 600 USD for the correct 45 min totaliser. The demand for these 7734s shot through the roof when DW released this watch. Cheers S181
  15. Hey guys, There are a few of these now esp with DW's completion of the Monte Carlo project. Picked up this up yesterday from Spin. Some quick pics from the iPhone Enjoy. Cheers S181
  16. I guess when burnz says its 99.99% gen, the 0.01% non-gen factor would be the strap....lol. I mean its an MP squalo but it didn't roll out from the Panerai factor, did it? Grats bro. S181
  17. Rep... chrono sec hand doesn't reset to zero. Now sell it to me before I change my mind. haha.... Great catch bro
  18. Man.. kinda regret selling off one of my daylights now....
  19. You are still able to get the correct 7734 movt on the bay at USD 250 (condition unknown). You factor in a service and possible parts replacement, USD 390 with a 6 month guarantee is a good deal.
  20. I believe that mine's gonna take the honour of being the 2nd to roll out from Spin's factory...
  21. Should have run away with it when I had the chance
  22. Honestly... the 025a offers more than the 024 imo. Titanium and PAM sub... both of which are missing from my PAM collection. The textured dial was the deal sweetener
