ryaku, May I repectfully suggest that you continue to try to contact the seller, and by all means, post your problem on all the forums. Eventually you may be forced to name the seller to try to obtain some satisfaction. HOWEVER, sending a Paypal complaint will not endear you to either the seller, or your fellow members here. There are better ways to reach a resolution. I realise you are angry and dissappointed, but think of the ramifications of your actions before taking this step. offshore
