  1. Nice acquisition - like it. No kidding I was looking at vintage Tudors yesterday [from a link in the Tudor 'rip-off' thread (probably a more diplomatic way to put it, but if you know the sale, you'll know what I mean)] and thinking they had potential. There are some cracking vintage watches out there once you're prepared to go a bit narrower in size. How wide is this one out of interest?
  2. Great review - thank you! This is a watch that has intrigued me for a bit - there's a nice black version too.
  3. On the bright side, I hear the next G7 meeting is going to be one of the best Dr Phil episodes ever.
  4. His campaign protesting the difficulty of typing on an iPhone in mittens for his Canadian brothers gathers pace. I for one applaud him.
  5. The likelihood is still that this is just a technical hiccup. If you have Yahoo Messenger, I don't think you can be logged into both simultaneously possibly. Suggestion - give the login details to someone you trust, let them try it on their PC, see if they have the same issue, and change the password for peace of mind.
  6. Gold prices may suddenly fall to current sand price levels however Still...on the bright side: SPARKLY CONCRETE!!!! Yesssss!!
  7. The links for forum pics are now up the top in a kind of box, in large text on a beige background (directly underneath orange menu bar). It's huge when you finally see it, but I had a few goes looking up and down the list. It's actually above the list at the top - you'll see what I mean.
  8. Buckyblue - is that really you?!
  9. I did not know that! Well, he was missed anyway, even though he was still feckin' here all along.
  10. VB decided to take a step back from online for a bit.... Na - only kidding!! What happened was that they invented something called 'Twitter'.... hxxp://twitter.com/vbspurs hxxp://futuremd.blogspot.com/ Back on topic. What happen with TTK was indeed sad. It was as much a case of broken friendships and burned bridges - he had good friends here and turned on them with some venom and it went pear-shaped. One particular shame from the fallout was the later departure from here of Star - he was a good guy, and of course one of the Admin team over at TRC.
  11. Here's a bit of background info for you: http://www.rwg.cc/members/MBW-t43839.html It's more accurately called an MBK. I believe this is the lad to speak to: http://www.rwg.cc/members/BK-s-Watch-Garage-f196.html
  12. I like FAQ page on the TTK site, seems quite in keeping: http://www.timetokill.org/faq.html
  13. Aw shucks... Wait - only 1%?!
  14. What can I say? The Dubai authorities have quality taste in rep forums.... (I keeed, I keeed...)
  15. It's a gorgeous strap, but my heart wishes they'd chosen a different stitching.
  16. Don't make me post the infamous one and only No-Date Day-Date..... Children, avert your eyes.....
  17. Excellent point. The fax to recommend firing their PR firm is already sent Okay - amend joke to SIHH 2010!
  18. Great review!! Thank you!! I think this watch is a real looker - with an AR upgrade perhaps doubly so. It's one of those watches that I really like the look of but not so sure I'd wear too much though.
  19. Don't wear a watch. Don't even focus on you. You're going to look like a lamb to the slaughter house whatever you do. They'll smell the blood a mile off. Focus on them instead. Is their prostrate playing up? Can they even manage an erection any more? Are they menopausal? Amaze them with your virility and joie de vivre. Even if they win on the procedural technicalities, inside they'll be broken wrecks*. [*Not actual advice. Conditions apply. All readers should consider comments in light of their individual circumstances, or if all else fails wear an Omega or Breitling.]
