This got me into the Rep game back in the TRC days! Still a great rep after all these years!
I gave mine to a close friend when I bought the gen, but I still miss it.

Calling the experts.

I think this looks very promising. Quite expensive for a watch with a totally new and untested movement, though.
Anybody ordered this already? I'l love to know what a resident Rolex gurus think about the pix.

Thanks, I will try this!
Also many thanks to you, Ronin. My movement looks slightly different, there is a lever pointing to the left that you can move. This works but it's so fine that it's very hard to only regulate some seconds out of it.
Thanks very much, guys!

Need to bump this old topic and feeling kind of stupid but I have to ask:
I can't for the life of me regulate this movement the way I'd like to. My Sub looses about 10 secs a day, not bad but annoying. The shift I need to make is so small I can't manage it. I alway push too hard (it takes some force to move it and then I slip a bit.)
Is there a trick how to push the lever and keep the distance under control?
Sorry for complicated explanantion, I don't know how to put it simpler.
Thanks for any help!
Val.
Yeah that was me.
Still unsure if it's the same Noobfactory. Everything is called Noob today. Have you compared Narikaas pix with yours? I'm not good at spotting the differences.
Anyway, it was a great thread, hence the bump. And it's good to see you around a bit more.

Hi O.
Tried the LV bezel insert. Looks great (green color) but is very thin and bends easily. Can't really recommend it.
Don't know if the black one is the same material, though.

Good question.
For me there's no one beater. It changes all the time. It's never Panerais, I love my 111 but it's too big to be a daily beater.
Changing between Omega PO 42 (5th Generation), IWC 3706 (Gen), IWC 3717 and my WM9 Submariner. All are very comfortable and all are quite common.

Ahh. That one I know!
Quite some second career for a humble Eterna movement!
(BTW: I love Eterna. They make classy and subtle stuff.)
Great pix, as usual, Ubi.
