...'cause its all about "getting noticed".... "Hi, please look at my fake rep!" Don't know if you did "good".....but if you want to get "noticed"....get one of those JACOB&CO gens...I hear they're "hawt".... Maybe you can get some sleep now....
-
Interesting that the "ITEM LOCATION" is Encino....but the shipping is via EMS....
-
Welcome aboard...lots to see and do here....you'll love it....

....hmmm....while some of the youngsters where cooing and drooling on themselves while watching tickle-me-elmo do barney on the sesame street...some of us where using Zenith Z-100s, Apple IIs, Commodore 64s and networking AT&T 3B systems running UNIX...prolly about the time, Bill Gates discovered DOS... New 20 something here....

Thanks Victoria...the Rad line is without a doubt very clean....same as the luminors....the 210 and 232 are very appealing to me at the moment...guess that's part of the Panerai look we are all drawn to...gotta say though that I have slowly been selling off my eta movement genuine pannies....I refuse to spend anymore big bux on eta movement pams when our reps are just as good....now, on the other hand...my next gen PAM will be the 233...already handled it at the AD...all I can say is wow... As far as a Christmas prez to yourself...that 232 sounds lovely...I'll be looking forward to the 'Nad' shots you always give us...i think I have already blown my Christmas budget till 2010....lol But I will somehow manage to "find" some $$$ to pick up a few more pieces. -

You plan on wearing this watch or putting it on an altar to worship.... ....'cause its gonna get scratched eventually unless this will be a REP Safe Queen.... -
I will add to that... L'ufficio postale e pazzo.....che cazzo fai.... Don't send squat to italy unless you are within the EU.... let's see, I have had a gen Dunhill lighter stolen courtesy of them and have had lots of friends "lose" packages within that system. I have a friend there that I am trying to make contact with to see if he can accomodate any future italian deliveries....I'll let you know.

uh yeah..me too...

Socko posted it...claims its a friends B version.... Socko aka Jeremy owns quite the number of gens....don't think this got posted by one of the rw'isti...... And it definitely took a lot of members by surprise....lots of head scratchin'....

Sure...trusty and josh always have nice photos....don't get me started on the junkassPOS 113 that andrew/TT sent me, absolutely NOTHING like his photo....basically a canal street/patpong junker. ...so, photos don't always equate to the actual watch...'cept maybe TTK, Angus, Narikaa...and a few others... Anyway...i'm lookin' for members that have pulled the trigger and have these babies on their wrists... I do agree that the 45 Rad might be the better fit for me as 47mm and me no get along...thought maybe this would "wear" differently.... So far the DSN is looking nice...thx to Rolli and Deltatahoe previous postings. cheers -

Thanks DT...how did I miss that post...I swear I am dyslexic with the search function....thanks for the reply and the recommendation....and especially the mention of rolli....i remember now his watchsmith re-doing the lugs on his 232...making them more gen like. cheers -
For some wierdo reason, I have recently been drawn to the Radiomirs.... what? Anyway, I have a Ticino 1938 hommage inbound and now I am looking hard at the 232 our dealers are offering....does anyone have any of these pieces and can they comment on their desireability? Or better yet, are you happy with 'em? Am I alone here on this current obsession...all this Omega PO, IWC 3717, HBB, rolex sub/super SD/vintage and of course, PAM 111H lovin' around here.... I just don't see any of the Rad line except the 183/231 being touted around are lovely board. Are these watches for wimps....am I going girly man here or what ....as I am really "feeling" them lately.... Thats street yap for...I like 'em. BTW, I picked up the Ticino hommage piece as the rep 249 our dealers have, has a stupid "california" written on the dial....of which the gen does not. And of course, I fondled a real PAM 249 last week & I'm sorry to say that it ain't worth $7.8k.... But hey, what do I know...
-
Ferrari for sure....have you already done a black/yellow stitch to match the Ferrari...you know, the one that takes petrol and has 6 speeds... lol
-
V, the brown with yellow looks great....how about some pix of it with some watches....need to get some ideas as to which one it would look best with... cheers
-
Nice watch and pix...thanks for the post.....care to share where you sourced it from?
-
FWIW...josh is advertising a 29 with ETA 2893-2 movement....not sure if still in stock though....whoops, we're talkin' PAM 27s...... cheers
-
This is actually my second PAM 27A...sold the first one (how in the hell did i do that) and luckily was able to get one of the last ones floating around about a month ago....they are worth every penny. The PAM 29 I had, also with gen movement was also pretty special but it just didn't do anything for me, so it got sold. If either one of these two or the 63 come up for sale on the Watches section....move quickly as these gen movements are slowly becoming harder to find. And, most members only sell them when they HAVE to...meaning, most people know what they have and tend to hold on to them...
-
River has a PAM 27A with the Swiss ETA 2892 A2 movement at 690 shipped. Its the same movement as the genuine. Can't speak for Josh or Andrew but that movement is pretty tough to find now. I have one and its a pretty accurate rep and PR is fairly spot on...I have DW inbound and hopefully a cyclops....then off to Ziggy for a service and custom tritium lume....voila! I don't think DSN offers a PAM 27 but I could be wrong.
-
Looks great....would love to have this WITH a swiss movement...hint, hint...let me know when you're taking the signups...put me down for at least one...maybe two if the price is right.... Congrats on the project AJS....awesome!
