Hadn't seen the rep of the Bentley before, nice spot! It is pretty much spot on now with the seconds running at 3. All it would require is an AR coating and a relume. Unlike the other large Bentley's the gen doesnt have a 30 seconds chronograph (sweeps around at twice the speed of a normal one) so this is possibly the most accurate Bentley we have seen yet.

They are three brilliant choices! I think if I were to choose the next three I would go for the BCE, UPO and IWC 3713.

Im going to be in Kos from July 11th for a week, might pop over to Athens for a day do some sight seeing! If anyone is there in this week let me know!

This is something I would be willing to do, after all, we can always sell the movement afterwards! I am willing to put $50 in to a pot. If someone is willing to do the copy of the datewheel? We would only need about 10 people to get this movement.

Just want to double check this before I jump........ I have a Swiss BCE, so the genuine would take the hands from this wouldn't it?

I hate when I get scratches on my watches. I much prefer them in good condition, rather than scratched up.

Unfortunately at an AD you need the serial number. The Lug size on the Steelfish is 22mm. They crop up on eb@y for around $90, there are a few on there for $139 at the moment which is very overpriced!!

I have been looking at the more expensive Swiss versions of this watch. The only thing I can see that is slightly off is the crown, the rest of it looks pretty good!

yes this is true, I have seen a few posts about the SMPs not having AR, however neither does the gen.

I have to agree. I used to be of the opinion that super reps were the 2nd coming. However, looking back, some of the reps we have seen in the past, such as the SMP Chrono, IWC Gst, Tag Heuer Link Chrono, UPO etc..... are just as good. The main differences are; They come from a different factory that doesn't offer double AR, We don't have any input on them, They don't receive the hype. Now these new reps are very good, don't get me wrong, however I think they are in the same category as the previous gens of great replicas, such as the aforementioned. They are 'super' reps, but they are not 'super reps'

They're all the same, and the one that is available doesn't have AR, just like the gen.

Beautiful collection! The AP Jumbo has really grown on me, lovely looking piece!
