You know...I have no idea. I haven't cracked the caseback off yet I might just do that now since you have peaked my curiosity.
In fact...I might turn this into a fun game
Posting to follow soon.......
Interesting idea! Thanks for sharing. The only downside I see with this is that it's not much of a screensaver if it doesn't move around much? I would imagine quite a few screens will have the panerai numerals burned into it fairly quickly
What a great idea Gio!!! I love it. Was it a standard camera insert set that you bought for this?
BTW....is that a Tokina 11-16mm I see in your bag?? (Love that lens!!)
Well I kind of figured that one out already Just wondering if this is something I might be able to tackle on my own? I don't think my co-worker is that concerned about it. Basically if I can get it working they would be happy, but if not it's no big deal.
Hello,
I have a co-worker who brought me a Lucerne watch with a Brevet 314705 manual movement. It winds up, but stops at a certain point and at no time does the main spring start to release tension. The balance assembly will turn if you give it a little push, but only a couple of times and then ceases up.
Any thoughts from the experts?
+1 - this is a brilliant tool and well worth the small amount of money it costs. This has saved my butt more times than I can think and I always know I have a good seal when I have put the caseback on
Certainly can't make any suggestions as I am no PAM expert. BUT.....damn that is one impressive collection of great looking watches!!!!!
I think the 201a at the top is my favorite looking one! That sausage dial is just gorgeous!!!
It's all too unfortunate that this has become the norm in nearly every business.
Customer service is purely a thing of the past. It just doesn't exist anymore. Bottom line is about making money for the owners of the corporations/businesses and paying out as little as possible to their employees while trying their absolute hardest to NOT provide the best possible product and purchasing experience.
