Lol Cheer up! Like you, I spend alot of time-wasting looking for parts .. I bought a nos gen tropic 39 today for 125. I thought compared to what I usually see I did good. Always hunting and thinking about what to do next and what to do to make what I already have better.

That's a very nice dial! I saw in the sales forum and almost bought it awhile back. I ended up buying a dial for a different watch from him. Glad your making headway, keep us posted!

This is my old swiss noob with a new face! I just got it back from Jmb... 14060 "facsimile" I wish there was a proper case/crystal to make an accurate no date..but this will do till then And I also wish I had the skills to take nice pictures..like so many of you do! New lugholes,2mm springbars,14060 dial from Jmb,gen crown/tube... and a non sel bracelet

Youv'e been a busy beaver the last few months! The daytona, the sub, and now this! That dial is really nice, linen dials are my favorite..in fact the whole watch is beautiful! The lizard is cool, but I'd love to see that on a bracelet!
