  1. I bet if I dig under the cushions on my couch I'll find enough... for a down payment on the sales tax for that giant piece of "I really AM compensating for a small penis" machine.
  2. Well, I'm in for funding when it's time for that portion of the process. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I'm in. As far as research/production, I remember a fellow member in Canada using his father's shop CNC to produce some amazing custom PAM bridge plates. He sold the movement in the parts section. It may be worth digging that thread up and contacting him for his help. I will. Try to find it soon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Don't forget heroic18 and Ted su.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. My trademark scent is Versace The Dreamer. Smells like cigar tobacco and vanilla. Works well with my body chemistry...
  6. I went with Hirsch for my AT (same dial and hands as yours). I went with a waterproof calf with croco pattern (wear it to the gym frequently). I also picked up a used Omega rep deployment in great shape for stupid cheap so I ordered a nice bob strap that was made for that particular deploy.
  7. LMAO LMAO LMAO!!!! Those were my first thoughts also.... I hate you all. The more I learn, the more imperfections I see, and the more I go for gens.... RAAAAAAAWWWWRRRR! to you all.
  8. I think there is one simple answer to the OP's question: "The name is Bond, James Bond."
  9. Well, the 111 and the 005 are up top just for looks, as is the Omega 2505 since they are all manual wind. I have 3 watches out with watchmakers, so I have 1 automatic slot left in actuality. That's why I had to ask for this one for Christmas bc I had 4 slots in the old box. I am not going to expand out of this one, though. No excuses, no exceptions!!!
  10. Oh, and also this new watch in my stocking...
  11. I was pricing one of these for the ball and chain and most people on the gen forums try to get around 2K min for them. I bought my gen for $1600. I will soon be selling my rep with gen ETA 2000 mvt fully serviced for $800. (they come from our TD's for more, but the movements are usually way in need of service).
  12. "the new babe in town, the mechanical watch". Ummmm.... Someone wanna buy this guy a clue. I like how he basically dismisses Rolex. It then goes on to tote his over-priced quartz-powered Cartier.
  13. I recently saw an "Italian made" aftermarket "new Rolex SEL jubilee style" bracelet for sale on the bay and sold. It was definitely from one of our factories, but I liked the made in Italy reference.
  14. LMAO yes, my friend, you are correct, but... They are a good market place.
  15. Agreed. I tried months ago to get a hold of him with multiple e-mails. Unreliable AT BEST.
  16. Well, I've got all of the above and a gen 93250 clasp on my PBdad modded bracelet. I've compared my TW with uber mods against my gen 16610 and it's pretty amazing. You're on the right track ;-)
  17. I generally go for 1 pinky on ss bracelets. Leather a little more snug. NATO, in between the two former.
  18. I'm 6' tall and I've got 2 inches on him while he's wearing cowboy boots. I was amazed at how not big he is in person....
  19. Flying under the radar with my gen 1947 Omega reference 2505 measuring in at a HUGE (at least in 1947) 37mm without crown. Original dial, too. Love this watch...
  20. Yeah, I use a Mac, too.
  21. Every time I go to get on TRF my computer strokes out. I was using tapatalk on my iphone, and now it's stopped working!
  22. Any opinions? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170738779599&category=31387&_trksid=p5197.c0.m619
