I received my Clark's bezel yesterday and put it on my TC case. I didn't have a crystal in the case, so the bezel wasn't tight to the case. I have a gen 16610 bezel on another TC sub and the Clark's is spot on to the gen. I installed a gen insert in the Clark's and it went in without a problem. This is a very good upgrade to the stock TC bezel.

Hi Woof*, I'm not having trouble with the insert, I'm having trouble with bezel ring that the insert snaps into. The TC bezel snaps on the crystal retainer just fine, but the gen is just a little smaller than the TC. Greetings, Has anyone tried to change the bezel on their TC v4 sub with a gen bezel or other aftermarket bezel? I recently received a gen bezel and tried to install it on my TC sub. The crystal retainer is too large for the bezel to go on. I don't know if I should get an aftermarket crystal retainer and see if it is the correct size, or just chuck up the TC bezel in the lathe and turn it down a few thousandths. Anyone else tried a bezel swap on a TC sub? Thanks, Bob.

Try some heat. It may be easier to put the bracelet in a pan with some cooking oil and heat the pan to about 300-350 degrees F.

My TC sub arrived also, and looks identical to your's. The difference I did notice is the serial number. Your serial number is V 689055, mine is V 689060, and the serial number on the case that TC did his gen vs. his rep comparison is V 689092. I wonder if the factory is engraving sequential serial numbers on their cases? Overall I'm very pleased with with the watch. Thanks TC!

Greetings, About a week ago, I contacted TC and asked him to build me a 16610 when he when he was able. I sent TC a paypal payment, which went to an aerospace company in the U.S.. I don't know much about aerospace companies, but I'll bet all of the money we have sent TC is chump change compared to the parts he sells through his business. I really doubt he is trying to scam us. He probably went to China to source some parts for his business, and found some really good rep 16610 stuff while there. He may just be overwhelmed by our emails. We need to be patient.
