  1. Am I the only one who finds this song unbearably annoying? But I agree, indeed the nice man says "bezel" but... I don't really understand rapper talk...
  2. Just wait until he meets the "Swiss Trained Technicians" who carried out the waterproofing and servicing! I think he will have a heart attack!! Good choice of watch, definitely rare to see someone choose a piece other than Rolex as his or her first rep. I think you will enjoy it.
  3. It helps me forget about how much I hate my job. Almost.
  4. Navitimer in the following combination is always a recipe for success; Stainless Steel Subdials at 12:00, 9:00, and 6:00. So it look like Then you will not have the problem of the date recess and the watch will be very very accurate...
  5. I would definitely recommend Narikaa. He is in the United Kingdom, and has a great selection of watches. He also has an amazing collection of pens but I do not know where they have gone....
  6. The Patek Nautilus is a unique watch, but I'm done with reps for now... my collection is stuffed, I don't have enough wrists to wear them all...
  7. $700 is still way too much for an Asian 7750! For this price you can get yourself three beautiful ETA 28XX reps including datejust, submarine, GMT... all the good stuff... why waste it all on the bing bang mcfugly?
  8. ...sounds a lot like Canada... I would definitely recommend getting a Breitling Chronomat Evolution regardless. They have a high-polished bracelet, look extremely close to the original, and because its somewhat an obscure brand you won't have the trouble of getting called out. I wear a Navitimer, and I absolutely love it... Breitling has some very eye-catching pieces... but the steelfish superocean waterpark jellyfish is not one of my favorites...
  9. Before I discovered reps, I wore a gen Guess chrono in SS that I got for 80$ at a 50% off sale... it served me well and still ticks after all this time...
  10. The best place for rep clothing is here: CLICK ME!
  11. $900 for an asian 7750 chrono? Are you kidding me? Not worth it in my opinion! Sorry!!
  12. Once every couple of months, somebody makes a post in General Discussion asking
  13. That's hilarious! "Noob of the month" - what a title...
  14. This grand complication masterpiece just arrived in the mail about an hour ago. It is a rep of the Jules Audemars Special Edition Tourbillon, a watch that retails for over a quarter million US dollars! Did I mention it is also celebrity-owned? Perhaps you will recognize it from somebody here on the forums... anyone care to take a guess? I will be reviewing the piece in more detail later on... but suffice to say it inspired me to snap my first-ever wristshot:
  15. You own a business with multiple outlets? What are you doing here...? Shouldn't you be buying your watches at the AD???
  16. Interesting feature! I do not have Skype myself, but I do think a lot of members who have it will find it useful.
  17. I think that, if you look hard enough, nearly every large chinatown will have fake goods. Of course, the majority of them will be hidden away... but if you flash a stash of cash ... you might just get lucky! In terms of watches, definitely the best place is to get them from our dealers. It's probably one of the most popular phrases known to our community, but the watches we have access to here represent about 1% of replica timepieces. Others vary between bad quality, terrible quality, atrocious quality, and a rare sub-category known to the un-privileged connoisseur only as "TTK's Face"... who knows...
  18. I think that, oddly enough, the 21 jewel PO will be more realistic as the genuine model has a 21J movement so the sweep will be dead on. If you slam a 25-jewel ETA inside, it will sweep almost too smoothly, if such a thing even is possible... About reliability. I have several watches that use 21J movements and all of them tell time better than my ETAs. I have never had an asian 21J movement arrive broken... never ever ever. I would say this is an excellent purchase and you will definitely enjoy to wear the watch! Not for me though... I do not want a rep of a watch that is inexpensive to begin with. That is why I adore my wrist with watches that retail for $10,000+... its just more fun that way!
  19. I think the website is currently in a state of re-construction... at least as far as I know, the VIP section was removed and indeed some links to images (Like some of BOB's straps) do not link anywhere...
  20. ETA Air Kings and Explorer ones don't go below $178... if they do... may I ask from which dealer?
  21. It's a really plain-looking Rolex rep that costs an extravagant amount more than a normal Rolex rep because some of its dimensions are a tiny bit more accurate, if not exactly as accurate, to its original counterpart.
  22. Because they don't sell them here in Canada, I have to choose ebay.
  23. The new line of Patek Nautilus Jumbo from Joshua sells for $318. A year ago they would have sold for $188, I guarantee you this...
  24. For me this might be tricky... its usually the other way around; my watches get me excited!
  25. They are "that good" in that they are perfect 1:1 copies of the original. The movement is the new high-beat asia 7750, the very same I found within my $278 two-tone navitimer with bracelet.
