  1. By the way, is this the 45mm? And is this from Josh?
  2. Not sharing? What the hell? You better share! (Does it have to do with the pearl?)
  3. Only issue I had was with the stem. I have no idea why.
  4. My last purchase was from Rochest/Mary at watch international. I had no complaints. Great response in communications and watch (45mm UPO orange bezel) arrived in very nice condition.
  5. I agree Pete, if some dude was all over me like that guy was, then I deserve to have my stuff stolen.
  6. Nice job, that looks great. Thanks for the photos and description!
  7. I understand his anger. He probably paid $10,000 for something indistinguishable from the $400 version. I'd be upset too.
  8. I bought mine from Andrew at TrusyTiime (http://www.ttw168.com/). I went with the eta2824 because it was cheaper and from what I was told, a better movement. The SW200 is the more correct movement though. The lume is not great, but the watch is beautiful. Good luck to you...
  9. Ah, I don't know that site, but I can say that there's no way I would ever buy a rep from someone other than a TD from this site. If you go to the main forum page and then scroll down until you see the "Watches, Clothing & Accessories" section, you will find a list of all the trusted dealers along with their reviews.
  10. By softening, I think he means lubricating the links with dry chain lube.
  11. Boooo I like the ceramic so much I'm contemplating saving up for a gen
  12. Can't wait for the ceramic bezels to come out. Then for cougar to buy one and write a review so that I can buy one risk-free...
  13. I have to agree, that one doesn't look good. The case back on that looks like it sticks up uncomfortably high and the movement looks terrible. Where's this one from?
  14. I had issues with my 42mm, so I opted to go with the 45mm instead. I think the 45mm looks better on my wrist than the 42mm though, which is why I didn't try to fix it.
  15. OK, time for me to catch up.. OK, time for me to catch up.. OK, time for me to catch up.. Hahaha, damn... Doesn't work like that. Congrats.
  16. My last one said the same thing for 6 days, then all of a sudden it updated "out for delivery" and then 10 mins later the doorbell rang. Overall, 8 days total shipping time -> pretty good IMO. Tracking updates usually lag - no worries.
  17. I forgot I was wearing a watch and jumped in the pool with my DSSD on. Swam for about an hour before I realized it. No worries.
  18. This is a very strange thread. I think there's interest in more than just rep watches going on here.
  19. There's a great tutorial for replacing the crown and tube here: http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/142430-my-planet-ocean-45mm-damaged-to-franken-the-story-so-far/
  20. Well good luck. I had a 42mm PO that had issues with the stem/keyless works. I wish I had the patience to try to fix it myself, but I sold it and ordered a 45mm UPO. Keeping my fingers crossed for an issue-free one, but we'll see...
  21. Cause of all the [censored]. That's why Chief wrote NSFW (Not Safe For Work)
  22. The crown and tube issue is comon with the PO's, but not working out of the box? I'd be upset. Where'd she get it from?
