  1. He knows someone who works a a Breitling Authorized Dealership.
  2. Came from here... http://www.yameidahk.com/ From what I read these are better quality than the Beats one of the dealers was selling at RepGeek. They also seem to have less flaws than some of the ones I saw reviewed on Youtube.
  3. amen brother. People hated that the SMP Chrono had screws instead of pin, I loved it!
  4. I received two pairs of the Studios from Tony a couple of weeks back but I've been pretty busy and haven't had a chance to do an in depth review yet. Wanted to have some time with them first to give a true opinion anyway. My thoughts on the Solos (Rep or Gen) They are far too overpriced at $250 when you consider the cheap plastic snap together design of these things. That said, they are light and comfortable, and fo those that use earbuds for their iPods, these are a great upgrade. I like the size, weight, comfort and style of the Solos. Most of all, I love the single detachable cable, as with any headset I have ever owned, the cable or plug is always the first thing to go. It will be very easy to get a replacement with these! The Controltalk feature is another great feature, and during the winter when your phone is buried deep in your pocket it makes answering the phone, adjusting volume, pausing and skipping through songs very easy. The Solos are great commuter headphones, but not for $250. The reps Solos I was very surprised at the quality of what I received. There are many reviews around, some good, some bad. But keep in mind there are several different manufacturers of these reps, and as an educated rep watch buyer, I did my research before buying. The two sets that I received I would give "Super Rep" status to. They both have one tell each, but aside from that they are identical to the gens in both build quality and sound. Take note that I really don't think the build quality of the gens are anything to rave about, but the reps are no better and no worse. The packaging is virtually identical to the gen. The printing on the box may be a bit darker in spots, but its a box. I does add to the unpacking experience though and its a nice touch. The cable itself looks identical to the gen with all the Monster markings on the plugs and gold plating on the tips. Only difference I could spot is that the reps have a little extra cable between the plug and the Controltalk control. Its about 6" on the rep and about 3-4" on the gen. The ear pillows are just as soft as the gen as is the rubberized head band. All markings are correct, as are the T5 Torx screw on the metal strip on the inside of the headband. The included carrying case is decent but had a very strong plastic smell to it. Of the two pairs that I purchased (Red & White) the Reds were a slightly better quality. The cable on the white model is slightly brighter and not correct. More importantly, the "b" on the brushed aluminium insert is not embossed as it should be. The hinges are much looser too, but I've seen that on the gens as well. The only fault I could find with the Reds is that a bit of plastic between the ear cup and headband should be white, but is instead moulded in red. As far as the sound goes, I tried the reps head to head with the gens at the applestore and could hear no difference. The sound is very good for any kind of listening but these things really excel when listening to tunes with a heavy bottom end (dance or rap music) Bottom Line These rep Beats Solo HDs are every bit as good as the gens. I paid about $120 shipped for two pairs, so I think the price good and they are well worth it. In my opinion you won't find a better headphone for that kind of money, so I will highly recommend them!
  5. Taking a quick look and comparing to the pics at Breitling.com it looks that the lugs are shaped differently, the crown is wrong, the lume dots should have black outlines, and as previously the caseback is wrong. This model doesn't seem to even have a display back!
  6. Looks great! Can't wait to see it with the proper steel hands.
  7. The Heritage bracelet wouldn't fit on the World. I don't think there is an end link on the heritage, its kind of built in to the case. Don't even think you can put a leather strap on that model.
  8. What site are you using to track? EMS site usually stops working once you reach the destination country, try the USPS tracker instead.
  9. That is a beauty, how would you compare it to your genuine?
  10. I've got one and really like it. That said, its not a watch that I'd wear every day. Not really a watch you can wear to work and the orange color limits you as to what I can wear it with, but when I do put it on I really love it!
  11. Just posted at Perfect Clones. Initial thoughts? I immediately noticed the incorrect date font and sunken window. On the Breitling site I couldn't find a white on white dial (only in rose gold) so not really sure on that. No mesh bracelet either and this one really doesn't suit the leather strap it comes with. http://www.1-pc8838.com/0402-p-11881.html
  12. Damn, saw your post today and went to vote only to find it was over. Sorry mate, I tried
  13. LOL, I'm finding that buying re headphones is very similar to buying rep watches. There are no end of watch snobs out there that will tell you that all reps are crap. Similarly, audiophiles won't give rep beats the time of day, they don't take the real ones seriously for that matter. My standards aren't that high as I haven't used anything beter than the stock apple earbuds, so I'm pretty sure I won't be disappointed sound wise. But I have tried the gens and the sound quality is pretty decent, so hopefully these will be pretty close. Update: The seller was very helpful and allowed me to pay via paypal even though it was not listed on his site. Once I'd made my decision as to what I wanted, I received a link to a dhgate.com payment page with itemized list and pictures of what I'd ordered. I made payment and within a few hours received a tracking number. All good so far!
  14. Source is here http://www.yameidahk.com/ That other thread was more about the studio model. The Solos are much smaller but perfect for commuters and teenagers. If I'm happy with them I'll order a pair of the Pro's for home use.
  15. So after a couple of weeks of research, I finally ordered my next rep. Only this time it isn't a watch, its a couple of pairs of Solo HD Beats by Dr Dre. These things are pretty pricey, about $250 a pair at the applestore, and the fact that I'm not really an audiophile led me to go the rep route. Most accounts put the reps on par with the gen for sound quality anyway, and I was just looking for a stylin set of cans that wouldn't break the budget! While I was at it I ordered a second set for my son . Anyway, i'll do a review when the show up if anyone is interested!
  16. And how was it shipped? Fedex? UPS? These companies work hand in hand with canadian customs, making sure that you pay duties every time something is shipped over the border. Stick with Canada Post, USPS, and EMS and you won't have a problem!
  17. The A7750 Navi on my wrist is now over 6 years old, never serviced, and runs like a champ. My watchbox has about 5 or 6 A7750s, most over 3 or 4 years old, and never had a problem with any of them.
  18. Ah, I get it. Did you use a sigle piece of line and wrap it completely around or did you just use several small pieces spread equally around?
  19. Importr, I was looking at this picture and wondering how you accomplished it? Aren't there supposed to be transfer gears that pass over the datewheel on the tricompax A7750?
