I had a sort of same experience with wholesaleoutlet. After i told them that they are misleading with their pictures they gave me a refund. You might give it a try. And for shure leave a negative feedback if they don't solve it. By the way on the German Rolex forum are a few good NOS or used endlinks for sale Carpe Diem Cats

Why not re-introduce the feedback after a sale like we had before. Still you have to solve the issue when a feedback isn't issued after a sale/purchase. Maybe by issuing a sales ticket number which changes it's status after a feedback is issued. Carpe Diem Cats
