Hey Jojo,
That is absolutely fantastic.
I mean, what a service!
I wish Rolex Benelux did the same kind of favour to their customer
I'd die for such a box and so many goodies ...without mentionning sending back the previous insert
5th avenue definetly rocks !

Sorry, man. But, with the reputation you've managed to muscle on here, I just had to show that you were wrong (heck, we both were wrong!)...so I posted the PM'ed messages. I just wanted to put the record straight. That's all.Donate the bracelet. Jee/Silix is sending me a superb example of one...(as well as a IWC 3717 v1.0).
That is pure class, congrats.

I have no idea what that watch is but it looks pretty nice to me.
Did you build it yourself?
Wouldn't mind learning more about it!

Back to Rolex today.
My 16014 is now back to its original state, with the white gold fluted bezel.
Lovely

I eventually did receive a refund from him but it took about 6 months
Asim.
You must have some hard time these days but you should consider to fix all these issues.
I've been dealing with you once and it was smooth.
You sent me a gift on top of it
I would never have expected such a mess for such a long time.
Please remember that it is never too late to fix problems like this.
It is a huge problem to not adress them though.
Come on, do yourself a favour and protect your reputation, if not for this membership, at least just for your own.

Beautiful Mater Control JLC Stephane
Thanks D. I am very impressed owning my first Jaeger LeCoultre.
I would never have thought I could find an affordable "older style" one. 37 mm not the newer 40 mm which design is "fatter"
This is one handsome watch Stephane!
Is it your latest acquisition?
Yes, it is Vly. I dreamed about one for years.
Exactly like a Sub.
Now I decided to stop feeling guylty owning them

Not a big surprise if I wear this one for a while I guess...

Thanks for sharing.
You say you are not a review expert but this thread is very interresting/informative and worth a hundred reviews.
All the best,
Stephane

After a long and complicated journey, it landed an hour ago!

Dear All,
I'm looking for a place to go for from december 30th till sunday 3rd.
My princess and I cannot fly, and as we are in Brussels, I'm thinking about a 3 or 4 hours car trip, not more.
Is there a region around a big town which is on top of the list?
Frankfurt?
Dusseldorf?
I was also thinking of a Spa break and I've heard there was a great place in K

You may want to send a mail to my buddy at www.subgmt.com
All he has is not automaticaly on his web site

Very nice collection indeed.
You surely have great taste and a very versatile collection
Congrats...
Stephane

I'm sorry to say I'm very surprised to read this.
I thought we were in a new era for months now.
Lani helped us to raise funds to maintain our forum without Admin going on his knees to ask for money.
What's wrong with that? I don't see anything wrong!
As stated by others in this thread, there are takers.
It's fine for me to see some come here as it is not different in the real life anyway.
My opinion has always been the same: a guy who can afford to buy several hundred dollar watches a month should be able to pay 30$ a year to contribute to the site which is giving back so much in terms of knowledge and friendship.
But of course, that is MY opinion.
As for non paying members, I can't remember a team member ever said they are not welcome.
@Lani: thanks so much for your dedication to RWG. It really changed the life of the forum and make it better.
Have a great week-end,
Stephane

Yesterday and this morning!
This afternoon (but on my wrist):
-
Am I stupid or ...
Who the hell can buy a watch at such price with an incorrect datewheel?
It might be an Eta inside
-
I think you mean the seller
Anyway, buy in confidence.
You may even use my name, Stephane from Brussels as recommendation if it can help.
Cheers

Hello man,
I am a regular customer of Henrik (www.subgmt.com).
He only sells genuine articles and is a very nice person too.
He is based in the Netherlands, reason why I met him several time.
I can only recommend him to whoever wants a genuine preowned Rolex!
Have fun,
Stephane
PS: see my collection in my signature. Most of the genuines comes from him

TT, Andrew, ships from China. They ship to the U.K. all the time. There is a U.K. dealer, Precious Time I think.
Yes, Precious time is in UK and shipping from UK.
Most of all the others are shipping from China.
But we've heard more positive stories from TT or PerfectClone when they ship out than bad endings.
Good luck!
-
Gio,
That is simply insane man

Hold on, hmmm...yup it could make sense though.
If they all go through customs, it's a fantastic package and decision of course
Anyway, good luck to you and the provider.
I'll be very happy to see some more of your great reviews
All the best,
Stephane

Lani,
I've been thinking about replying or not.
And, as the answer to reply or not was REPLY, I started thinking about how to reply.
I'll avoid members of the community to read long replies, so in short:
1.Lani is an asset for this place. No doubt, no debate,...it's so fucking obvious
2.Those who think Lani get paid or receives a "discounted" watch for his reviews...move, you do not belong to our community.
And, in fact, I would vote for a free watch to Lani sent by dealers, allthough most of you would not.
3.Those who think this place is making profits, pls go elsewhere, you do not belong to our community.
It's time for everyone to contribute sending some $. Indeed, untill the recent past $ were coming from the same members over and over ...
It's your turn guys and gals if you want to keep a source of valuable information for your hobby.
As a conclusion I will say that EVERYBODY is welcome to spend hours to prepare a review and photos to share with our community.
But, unfortunately, takers take and go away as soon the have their best Sub and never contribute
Lani and many other precious members: thanks for your time and dedication to the community
All the best,
Stephane

As said! Class! Super Class.
Take the risk to put our community in deep shit for 30$
I agree with your suggestion Admin.
...and, after all, I don't see why I wouldn't voice my opinion: everybody is welcome as long they behave well.
