  1. Correct, the A serie is 501b/93150 and that is 1999/early 2000 But again, it's Rolex, so everything is possible Great job again Omega... Can't wait to send you some stuff
  2. Oh yes, you have a rare one Jojo She is a beauty, like this watch. I'm happy you waited for the gift by the way...I'm sure you guys will have a great evening Don't forget to pass my best wishes for the birthday! Cheers Stephane
  3. RWG has that magic touch: it makes us more generous to each other. This is not a virtual place at all. This is a community. After all, a community is all about taking care of each other Fantastic gesture Andy, as usual, specially asking to pass the generosity to others. Cheers Stephane
  4. Congrats Andy. Not only for reaching the mytical 5K though. For being a true asset for our community. Warmest regards, Stephane
  5. Jojo, So far I was jealous of your vintage...but now it reached the maximum tolerance level What a wonderfull piece again I have no idea where you find your parts and the ideas for new projects but you are probably the number one vintage Rolex collector among our community! I'm very happy you finalised one more (only 10 or 11 to go now ). Cheers and thanks for sharing...allthough I wouldn't mind having even more details about this one. Stephane
  6. Like everybody says: WOW It's a fantastic review and a pleausre to read. I learned a lot so far and will read it again for sure. You must have spend several days putting it toghether! In the name of our community: thanks so much! Cheers Stephane
  7. A beauty, it's growing on me oh my god Today back to modernity Rolex 16610 of 1999
  8. Ooops, you're right I totaly forgot that one, thanks for posting it here
  9. Luck and patience is the key... I got two of mines from the german forum: http://www.rlx-sales.com/en/
  10. Ladies and gentlemen, please believe me! They look much better in the flesh
  11. Thanks TMG. They are sometimes in the box for weeks and then suddenly I like them again Very nice Freddy. Now that I started with a 6263, I hope I won't go crazy and get them all Of course, if you keep posting such beauties...I will be tempted
  12. By-Tor, man you wake up early I'll pick those two ones untill friday probably. My MM 1680 Couple
  13. I will say the same : never tired to see them UBI !!! As a matter of fact, it's even more. Since you shoot new photos, we all have that impressions they are new watches too. Your collection is one of my favourite so I want to ask you a favour: please never stop taking new pictures Cheers Stephane
  14. Great find Freddy. It is indeed printed in a different angle.
  15. I will probably wear this for a while Amazing watch. The design is pefect in my humble opinion. And it looks way better on the wrist in the flesh even! Now I know why you collect these Freddy
  16. It is bullshit indeed. Can I kindly ask you to forget about the scam sites and not post links sending to them here anymore. Take your time, read and you will notice that there is much more to learn from here about how to get a good watch than on the internet in general. Cheers Stephane
  17. I'm glad you shime in Thanks for that. Well Freddy, I agree it looks brilliant but ...it is not a Valjoux, it is a Mystery Movement. So some of us have crhono issues, others can't wind it ...I mean, we're not looking to be as close as possible to the 60K genuine one yet. We must find a way to make them work properly though...then we can start the hunt for crystal, crown/tube... Of course the right solution might be to pick a gen mvt, but at 1.500 it's not an option for us
  18. Facing a break in Subs (but not for a long time) here is what I wear ... This watch is the first one I prefer in the flesh than on photos. Amazing on the wrist, believe me. Of course, it's a "out of the box DW" and it will need a serious help from some knowledable members to make it better. But, I must say that I am positively surprised how much I like it.
  19. Wow, we might organise a Belgian GTG now... Lovely!
